Product Overview
The Berlin Hi-Vis Executive Vest is a sophisticated advancement in high-visibility workwear, designed to bridge the gap between a standard lightweight waistcoat and the practical utility of a jacket. Developed for professionals who require both safety and accessible storage, this vest is an ideal solution for environments where a full jacket would be too restrictive or thermally uncomfortable. The striking orange colourway ensures maximum visual presence, keeping you compliant and conspicuous in hazardous working conditions.
Key Features
Integrated Utility Pockets: Featuring a range of pockets that go beyond the basic waistcoat design, this vest allows for the efficient storage of tools and equipment, reducing the need for separate carry bags.
Clear ID Holder: A dedicated transparent pocket is provided for security passes and identification cards, making it an essential feature for site access and security-sensitive roles.
Warp Knit Polyester Construction: The fabric is engineered for longevity and breathability, ensuring the garment retains its shape and professional appearance even after heavy use.
Design & Performance
This garment is manufactured from a 100% polyester warp knit fabric, which offers a lightweight and airy feel without sacrificing the durability required on a busy site. The warp knit technique provides a stable structure that resists snagging and maintains its dimensions over time. Performance-wise, the vest is designed to be worn comfortably over existing workwear, providing the necessary high-visibility requirements while the breathable nature of the fabric prevents heat build-up during physical tasks.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The Berlin Executive Vest is a versatile platform for company branding. Embroidery is the preferred choice for those seeking a superior, textured finish for company logos or staff names, lending a high level of professional authority to the uniform. For larger, more impactful branding across the back, printing offers a bold and crisp finish that ensures your brand is clearly visible from a distance.
Since 1976, our Telford-based team has been providing expert customisation services. We manage the entire process in-house to ensure that your branding is applied with precision, maintaining the integrity of the garment's safety features while enhancing your professional image.
Use Cases
This vest is particularly well-suited for professionals in the construction, electrical, and plumbing trades who need quick access to hand tools and identification. It is also an excellent choice for security personnel, site managers, and logistics workers who operate in high-traffic environments and require a professional yet functional outer layer.

Practical Advice
As this vest is often worn over other clothing, we recommend considering your typical work attire when choosing a size. If you regularly wear heavy jumpers or hoodies, selecting a larger size will ensure you maintain a full range of movement. Its lightweight nature makes it perfect for layering during transitional seasons or for use in heated indoor environments where high visibility is still a safety requirement.
Caring for your product
To ensure this garment continues to meet safety standards and looks its best, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C using a mild process. Washing at this temperature effectively removes site dirt while protecting the polyester fibres from thermal degradation.
You must avoid the use of bleach, as this chemical process will strip the high-visibility orange pigment and damage the reflective tape, rendering the garment unsafe for use. Similarly, do not tumble dry this vest; instead, it should be line dried. High heat from a tumble dryer can cause the fabric to shrink and may distort the utility pockets.
Ironing and dry cleaning are strictly not recommended as they can melt the technical fabrics and destroy the reflective properties of the tape. Please be aware that this garment has a maximum limit of 50 washes; once this limit is reached, the reflective materials may no longer provide the necessary protection required by safety regulations.
