Embroidery Costs
Our embroidery pricing is built around three simple elements:
Garment price
The base cost of the item itself, exactly as listed on the product page.
Embroidery application fee
A charge for each embroidered position on a garment, for example left chest, back or sleeve. If you choose multiple positions on the same garment, you pay an application fee for each one. The amount you pay depends on how many embroideries you are having on your order.
One off logo setup
For new designs, there is a small one off setup fee so we can convert your artwork into an embroidery ready format. Once this has been done, you can reorder with the same logo and positions without paying this setup fee again.
This structure keeps things transparent and fair, and scales neatly whether you are ordering five polos for a small team or hundreds of garments across multiple departments.

For larger embroideries, for example a large back logo, we charge a logo price of £8.90 ex VAT for a stitch count up to 20,000. There will be an additional charge for logos stitch counts over this amount and our team will get in touch if this is the case.
