Design & Performance
The choice of 100% recycled polyester twill provides a substantial, medium-weight feel that balances protection with breathability. As a windproof garment, it serves as an effective outer layer in exposed environments, while its unlined nature prevents overheating during strenuous activity. The fabric's twill weave is inherently resistant to wear and tear, making it particularly well-suited for manual labor where abrasion is a constant factor. The inclusion of a hang loop adds a small but vital level of convenience for daily storage.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
These coveralls provide an excellent canvas for brand identity. For a refined professional appearance that withstands frequent washing, we recommend embroidery for company logos and staff names on the chest. The sturdy twill fabric supports high-density stitching without puckering. Alternatively, for large-scale branding or high-visibility messaging on the back, heat-applied print offers a bold and sharp finish. All customisation is managed in-house at our Telford facility, where our team leverages decades of expertise to ensure your branding is as durable as the garment itself.
Use Cases
These coveralls are a versatile choice for a wide range of sectors. They are an essential piece of equipment for automotive technicians, maintenance engineers, and warehouse staff. Furthermore, their certification for hygiene-standard washing makes them highly suitable for those working in the hospitality and facilities management sectors who require reliable personal protection that is easy to maintain.

Practical Advice
Available in sizes S to 3XL, these coveralls are designed with a generous fit to be worn over existing clothing. If you intend to wear heavy layers or thick knitwear underneath during winter months, we recommend checking our size guide carefully to ensure full range of motion. The 31-inch leg length is standard for most trades, providing sufficient coverage when crouching or kneeling.
Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and professional appearance of your coveralls, we recommend a domestic machine wash at 60°C. This temperature is particularly effective at removing industrial oils and grime while ensuring the garment is hygienically clean for your next shift.
Avoid the use of bleach at all costs. Harsh bleaching agents will break down the recycled polyester fibres and cause premature fading of the fabric, which will eventually undermine the garment's windproof properties and professional look.
When ironing, use a low heat setting. High temperatures can damage synthetic fabrics; a gentle press is all that is required to maintain a crisp finish. Do not tumble dry or dry clean these coveralls, as the mechanical heat and chemical solvents can lead to shrinkage and may damage the internal elastication and bar tacking.
