Product Overview
The PW3 Hi-Vis Bib and Brace represents a significant evolution in safety workwear, moving away from boxy, traditional silhouettes toward a contemporary fit that does not sacrifice utility. This garment is engineered for those who require high visibility without compromising on a professional, modern appearance. It combines a robust fabric construction with ergonomic design features, ensuring that the wearer remains both visible and comfortable throughout a demanding shift.
Key Features
- HiVisTex Pro Reflective Tape: This segmented heat-applied tape provides superior flexibility compared to solid bands, allowing the fabric to move with you rather than resisting your motion.
- Reinforced Pockets: A comprehensive array of storage, including a double rule pocket and an easy-access thigh pocket, ensures that essential tools are always within reach.
- Pre-shaped Knee Pad Pockets: These top-loading pockets are designed to house knee pads securely, protecting your joints during prolonged periods of kneeling.
- Adjustable Leg Hem: The clever design allows for adjustment at the ankle, ensuring the trousers fit correctly regardless of your footwear or height.
- Triple Stitched Seams: This construction method provides exceptional durability at the points of highest stress, significantly extending the life of the garment.
Design & Performance
Constructed from Titanmill Plus fabric—a balanced blend of 65% Polyester and 35% Cotton—this bib and brace offers the hard-wearing properties of synthetic fibres with the breathability of cotton. It is a substantial, heavy-weight garment designed to withstand the rigours of industrial environments. To further enhance its lifespan, 100% Polyester 600D Oxford fabric has been integrated at key abrasion points, preventing premature wear and tear in high-contact areas.
The ergonomic design is complemented by the contemporary Orange and Black colour scheme, which provides a distinctive look while maintaining high-visibility compliance. The fit is calculated to be sleek without being restrictive, ensuring a professional appearance that reflects the quality of your work.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The PW3 Bib and Brace is an excellent candidate for corporate branding. For a truly professional and long-lasting finish, we recommend embroidery on the bib or chest pocket area; it is a resilient choice that withstands frequent washing and heavy use. For larger, more vibrant logos, our high-quality print services are ideal for ensuring your brand is visible from a distance.
Every customisation project is handled by our expert in-house team at our Telford facility. With MyWorkwear's heritage dating back to 1976, you can trust our technicians to treat your brand identity with the precision it deserves.
Use Cases
This garment is specifically designed for professionals in the construction, civil engineering, and logistics sectors where high visibility is a mandatory safety requirement. The robust nature of the Titanmill Plus fabric makes it equally suitable for outdoor maintenance tasks and industrial site work where durability is as important as safety.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, consider the layers you intend to wear beneath the bib and brace. The modern fit is designed to be streamlined, so if you frequently wear heavy base layers during winter, you may wish to account for this in your sizing choice. The adjustable leg hem is particularly useful for ensuring the garment does not drag on the floor, which can prevent tripping hazards and reduce wear on the heels.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility performance and structural integrity of this garment, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Exceeding this temperature can damage the synthetic fibres and the reflective properties of the HiVisTex Pro tape.
Do not use bleach, as this will degrade the polyester fibres and cause the high-visibility orange colour to fade, rendering the garment unsafe for use. Similarly, the garment should not be tumble dried; instead, it should be drip-lined dried to prevent shrinkage and preserve the adhesive integrity of the reflective segments.
Ironing should be avoided entirely, as direct heat from an iron can melt the technical fabrics and destroy the heat-applied reflective tape. Finally, please note that the garment is rated for a maximum of 50 washes; beyond this point, the high-visibility properties may no longer meet the required safety standards, and the garment should be replaced.
