Caring for your product
To maintain the high-performance characteristics of the Merino wool and ensure the longevity of the garment, specific care must be taken during laundering. Maintaining the fabric's integrity is vital for long-term thermal performance.
We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C using a normal process. Higher temperatures can cause the wool fibres to shrink or felt, which will permanently damage the fit and breathability of the legging.
Under no circumstances should bleach be used, as the harsh chemicals will break down the natural protein fibres of the wool. Similarly, do not dry clean the garment. After washing, the item should be line dried. Do not tumble dry, as the intense heat and mechanical action can lead to significant shrinkage. Ironing is also to be avoided, as the synthetic polyester content may melt or glaze under direct heat, and the wool does not require it for a neat appearance.
