Product Overview
The Thermal Baselayer Leggings are an essential foundation for any professional working in cold environments. Crafted from high-performance wicking polyester, these leggings are designed to manage moisture while retaining vital body heat. The smooth, lightweight fabric ensures that they sit comfortably beneath your primary work trousers without adding unnecessary bulk, providing a reliable barrier against the elements during long shifts in the British winter.
Key Features
100% Wicking Polyester Fabric: This technical material actively draws moisture away from the skin to the surface of the garment, keeping you dry and preventing the chill that comes with perspiration.
Low Profile Seam Construction: The seams are specifically engineered to be flat and unobtrusive, reducing the risk of chafing and irritation when worn under heavy outer layers.
Lightweight Design: Despite their heat-retaining properties, the leggings maintain a slim profile, allowing for a full range of motion and effortless layering without feeling restrictive.
Design & Performance
Performance in a base layer is defined by its ability to remain unnoticed by the wearer while performing a critical function. These leggings achieve this through a 100% polyester composition that prioritises breathability. The wicking properties are particularly important for tradespeople moving between high-intensity tasks and stationary periods, as it regulates body temperature by managing sweat efficiently. The fabric's smooth finish ensures it does not catch or drag against outer fabrics, maintaining comfort throughout the working day.
Why No Customisation?
We do not offer customisation on these thermal leggings because of their specific function as an undergarment. As these garments are worn directly against the skin, any embroidery would create an abrasive surface on the interior, leading to significant skin irritation. Furthermore, applying heat-press logos could compromise the wicking properties and elasticity of the technical polyester fabric. Given that they are intended to be hidden beneath other clothing, we focus entirely on their performance and comfort.
Use Cases
These leggings are indispensable for agricultural workers, construction teams, and logistics personnel operating in unheated warehouses or external sites. They are equally effective for those working in refrigerated environments or any setting where maintaining core temperature is a safety requirement for long-term health and productivity.

Practical Advice
For maximum thermal efficiency, ensure these leggings are worn as the very first layer against your skin. This allows the wicking polyester to function correctly. The fit is regular, but because they are lightweight and flexible, they should sit snugly to the body to trap a thin layer of warm air effectively.
Caring for your product
To maintain the technical performance and longevity of your thermal leggings, it is vital to follow the specific care instructions provided. Proper maintenance ensures the wicking fibres remain effective over time and the garment retains its shape.
We recommend a mild machine wash at a maximum of 40°C. This temperature is sufficient to remove dirt and perspiration without damaging the synthetic fibres or reducing the garment's elasticity. Avoid the use of bleach, as harsh chemicals will break down the polyester structure and significantly weaken the fabric integrity.
Do not tumble dry or iron these leggings. High heat can cause the polyester to warp or melt, destroying the smooth finish and the low-profile seams. Instead, allow them to air dry naturally. Finally, avoid dry cleaning, as the solvents used in the process can strip the technical treatments from the fabric fibres.
