Product Overview
The FFP3 Ultimate Valved Reusable Respirator is a critical piece of personal protective equipment for those working in environments where high-level respiratory filtration is non-negotiable. Engineered to meet the stringent EN 149 FFP3 standards, this respirator provides a high filtration efficiency against solid and liquid aerosols. Unlike standard disposable masks, this model is 'R' rated, meaning it is certified for reuse over more than one working shift, offering both better value and sustained protection for the wearer.
Key Features
FFP3 Protection Level: Offers the highest level of filtration against harmful dusts, mists, and fumes, ensuring your respiratory health is prioritised in hazardous conditions.
High-Performance Exhalation Valve: This valve is designed to efficiently reduce the build-up of heat and moisture inside the mask, which is particularly beneficial during physically demanding tasks.
R D Certified: The 'R' signifies reusability for more than one shift, while the 'D' indicates it has passed the Dolomite clogging test, ensuring easier breathing even in very dusty environments.
All-Round Foam Gasket: The internal EVA foam seal provides a superior, comfortable fit against the face, helping to prevent inward leakage which is a common failure point in lesser masks.
Adjustable Head Straps: Wide, elasticated straps allow for a secure and bespoke fit, ensuring the respirator stays in place regardless of movement.
Design & Performance
The construction of the P306 focuses on ergonomic longevity. The outer shell is made from lightweight yet durable Polypropylene (PP), which maintains its shape even under humid conditions. The inclusion of a moulded nose bridge removes the need for constant adjustment, providing a reliable seal for a wide variety of face shapes.
From a performance perspective, the low breathing resistance is the standout feature. By passing the optional Dolomite test, this respirator is proven to resist clogging for longer, which reduces the effort required to inhale. This is not just a matter of comfort; it reduces wearer fatigue, allowing for greater focus on the task at hand.
Why No Customisation?
While we are experts in branding workwear, this respirator is a precision-engineered piece of safety equipment. Any form of customisation, such as printing or embroidery, would involve piercing the filter material or applying heat and chemicals that could degrade the Polypropylene structure. To maintain the EN 149 safety certification and ensure your lungs remain fully protected, we provide these respirators in their original, unadulterated state.
Use Cases
This respirator is designed for professionals across a variety of demanding sectors. It is highly recommended for construction workers, carpenters, and plumbers who may encounter hazardous dust. It is also suitable for more specialised roles, including chemical handling, welding, and veterinary or medical environments where airborne particulates are a concern. Even painters and decorators will find the valved design far superior to basic masks when working in confined spaces.

Practical Advice
To ensure the FFP3 mask provides the advertised level of protection, it must be fitted correctly. We recommend a full face-fit test for all users. Ensure the adjustable straps are tight enough to compress the foam gasket against your skin without causing discomfort. Please note that the presence of facial hair will significantly reduce the effectiveness of the seal, potentially allowing unfiltered air to bypass the respirator.
Caring for your product
Maintaining the integrity of a reusable respirator is essential for continued safety. After use, the mask should be stored in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight and contaminants. This prevents the PP material from becoming brittle or the filter media from becoming saturated with environmental moisture.
Because this item is 'R' certified, you may use it for more than one shift, but you must inspect the foam gasket for cleanliness and the head straps for elasticity before each use. If the mask becomes damaged, heavily soiled, or if breathing resistance increases significantly, it must be replaced immediately to ensure you are not compromised.
Do not attempt to wash the respirator with water or cleaning chemicals. Such actions will destroy the electrostatic properties of the filter media, rendering the FFP3 protection ineffective. Use a simple, dry wipe on the EVA foam gasket if necessary, but avoid the filter area entirely.
