Product Overview

The P311WHR Moulded FFP3 Valved Respirator provides an essential layer of protection for professionals operating in environments containing hazardous particulates. This metal-free respirator is engineered to deliver high-level filtration while maintaining a focus on user comfort during extended periods of wear. Supplied in a pack of ten, these respirators are a professional choice for teams requiring reliable, certified respiratory safety equipment.

Key Features
  • FFP3 Protection Level: Filters out a very high percentage of airborne particles, providing a high standard of safety against solid and liquid aerosols.
  • High-Performing Exhalation Valve: This component is designed to reduce heat and moisture build-up within the mask, making it significantly more comfortable during strenuous tasks.
  • Dolomite Clogging Tested: This ensures the respirator maintains low breathing resistance over longer durations, even in particularly dusty conditions.
  • Drop-Down Head Strap Design: The intuitive strap system allows for the easy and efficient removal of the mask when transitioning between work areas.
  • Soft Inner Foam Gasket: Provides a secure and comfortable seal against the face, which is critical for preventing leaks and ensuring the integrity of the filtration.

Design & Performance

Constructed from a technical blend of polyester and meltblown polypropylene, this respirator is built to hold its shape. The moulded, ergonomic design is crafted to fit most face shapes effectively, ensuring that the seal remains intact while the user moves. Despite the complex multi-layered filtration, the material remains lightweight, reducing the physical burden on the wearer.

The metal-free construction is a specific design choice that makes these respirators suitable for industries where metal components are restricted or could pose a risk. By combining high-efficiency filtration with low breathing resistance, this product allows professionals to maintain their focus on the job without the distraction of respiratory discomfort.

Why No Customisation?

At MyWorkwear, we prioritise the safety of our customers above all else. Consequently, we do not offer customisation, such as printing or embroidery, on this FFP3 respirator. Any modification to the mask, including the application of heat or the piercing of the material with needles, would compromise the filtration efficiency and invalidate the EN 149:2001 +A1:2009 safety certification. To ensure your protection remains uncompromised, these masks must be used exactly as they are manufactured.

Use Cases

This respirator is designed for use in demanding industries, including construction, chemical handling, and joinery. It is also an appropriate choice for professionals in medical settings, welding, and tree surgery where fine dust, fumes, or biological agents may be present. Its high filtration capacity makes it the standard for those facing significant respiratory risks on a daily basis.

Practical Advice

To ensure the respirator provides the level of protection specified, it is vital to achieve a correct fit. We recommend that users perform a fit check every time the mask is put on. Please be aware that facial hair, such as stubble or beards, can interfere with the mask's seal, which will significantly reduce the effectiveness of the FFP3 protection.

Caring for your product

To maintain the performance of these respirators, they must be stored in their original packaging in a cool, dry location. Exposure to excessive moisture or direct sunlight before use can degrade the integrity of the filter media and the elasticity of the head straps, potentially rendering the mask unsafe.

These are disposable respirators and are marked as 'NR' (Non-Reusable). They should be replaced after a single shift or immediately if they become damaged, soiled, or if breathing resistance increases noticeably. Attempting to wash or clean these respirators is strictly advised against, as it will destroy the electrostatic properties of the meltblown polypropylene filter material.
