Why No Customisation?
As this is a piece of certified Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) designed to provide a specific level of respiratory filtration, we do not offer customisation such as printing or embroidery. Any alteration to the surface of the mask, such as puncturing the fabric for embroidery or applying heat and ink for printing, would compromise the structural integrity and filtration efficiency of the respirator. This would invalidate its safety certifications and, more importantly, put your health at risk.

Practical Advice
To ensure maximum protection, it is vital to perform a fit check every time you don the respirator. Adjust the elastic straps so the mask sits firmly but comfortably against the face. Ensure the moulded nose bridge is correctly positioned to prevent air from escaping upwards. For those with facial hair, please be aware that a proper seal may not be achievable, which can significantly reduce the level of protection provided.
Caring for your product
Maintaining the integrity of respiratory protection is straightforward: these are disposable items and should be treated as such to ensure continued safety. They should not be washed or laundered. Attempting to wash the respirator will damage the polypropylene filter fibres and the EVA foam seal, rendering the filtration properties useless and leaving the wearer unprotected.
The respirators should be stored in their original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and contaminants until they are ready for use. Exposure to moisture or chemicals during storage can degrade the materials before they ever reach your face. Once a respirator has been used for a full shift, or if it becomes damaged or difficult to breathe through, it should be disposed of responsibly and replaced with a fresh unit from the pack.
