Product Overview

The Bizweld Work FR Coverall is a robust and dependable choice for professionals operating in environments where heat and sparks are a daily reality. Constructed from Bizweld Work fabric, which is a substantial, heavyweight 100% cotton, this garment provides an essential safety barrier for welders and industrial workers. It balances the necessity for complete bodily protection with the practical requirements of a long working day, ensuring the wearer remains safe without feeling restricted.

Key Features
  • Flame-Resistant Protection: Specifically engineered to protect against heat exposure, offering peace of mind in hazardous industrial settings.
  • Integrated Side Elastication: This design feature ensures a more secure and comfortable fit, allowing the coverall to move with the wearer during complex tasks.
  • Multiple Utility Pockets: Features several strategically placed pockets to keep tools and personal belongings safe and within easy reach.
  • 100% Cotton Fabric: Utilises natural fibres to provide breathability and comfort while maintaining heavy-duty performance.

Design & Performance

Designed with the rigours of the workshop in mind, the Bizweld Work FR Coverall is built to last. The heavyweight cotton fabric is not only durable enough to withstand the friction and abrasion of industrial work but also provides a natural layer of comfort that synthetic materials often lack. The fit is generous enough to allow for a full range of movement, which is critical when navigating tight spaces or operating heavy machinery. The navy colour provides a professional appearance that effectively masks the inevitable dust and grime of the job site.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

Maintaining a professional corporate identity is straightforward with this coverall. It is suitable for both print and embroidery, allowing you to display your company branding clearly. For a superior, long-lasting finish that can withstand the demands of industrial laundering, we recommend embroidery for your company logo or staff names. If you require large-scale branding on the back of the garment, our high-quality print services are an excellent alternative. All customisation is performed by our expert team in Telford, leveraging decades of experience since our establishment in 1976.

Use Cases

This coverall is an essential piece of equipment for welders, metal fabricators, and any industrial personnel exposed to heat. Its comprehensive coverage makes it suitable for heavy engineering, maintenance roles, and workshop environments where spark protection is a mandatory safety requirement.

Practical Advice

When selecting your size, we recommend accounting for the clothing you intend to wear underneath. As these coveralls are often used as an outer layer, choosing a size that allows for adequate layering will ensure you remain comfortable and retain full mobility. The side elastic provides some flexibility, but a correct initial fit is vital for safety and comfort.

Caring for your product

To ensure this garment continues to provide the necessary flame-resistant protection and maintains its structural integrity, proper care is essential.

We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the natural cotton fibres and may lead to excessive shrinkage, which could compromise the fit and safety of the garment.

Do not use bleach under any circumstances. Bleaching agents will degrade the fabric and can interfere with the flame-resistant properties of the material, rendering it less effective in hazardous environments.

This coverall should be line dried rather than tumble dried. Tumble drying places unnecessary thermal stress on the fabric and seams, which can reduce the overall lifespan of the product. If ironing is necessary, please ensure the iron temperature does not exceed 150°C. Finally, do not dry clean this item, as the chemicals used in the process can negatively affect the technical finish of the Bizweld fabric.
