Product Overview
The Hi-Vis Contrast Winter Coverall is an essential piece of equipment for professionals who require both maximum visibility and protection against the elements. Designed as a complete safety solution, this garment is engineered to shield the wearer from wet conditions while the integrated quilted lining provides the necessary warmth for working in cold climates. The striking Orange and Navy colour scheme is not merely aesthetic; it provides a high-contrast finish that ensures you remain visible in low-light environments.
Key Features
- Quilted Lining: The internal thermal insulation provides excellent heat retention, allowing for comfortable operation in winter temperatures without restricting movement.
- 300D Oxford Weave: A sturdy and resilient polyester fabric that offers exceptional durability against the rigours of daily manual labour.
- Stain-Resistant Finish: The outer shell is treated to repel dirt and oil, ensuring the garment remains cleaner for longer and maintains its professional appearance.
- Double PU Coating: This additional layer of protection provides a reliable barrier against water ingress, keeping you dry during persistent rain.
- Practical Contrast Panels: The navy sections are strategically placed in areas prone to soiling, helping to maintain the high-visibility integrity of the orange fabric.
Design & Performance
The technical construction of this coverall centres on its 300D Oxford weave polyester. This substantial fabric is chosen for its high resistance to abrasion and tearing, making it suitable for demanding work sites. The double PU coating provides a sophisticated waterproof barrier, yet the garment remains practical for long shifts. The quilted liner is securely integrated to prevent shifting, ensuring uniform warmth throughout the body. Every seam and stitch is designed to withstand the stresses of a busy working day, providing a reliable shield against wind and rain.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
To enhance your professional brand identity, this winter coverall is fully compatible with our customisation services. We recommend embroidery for a sophisticated, high-quality finish on logos or staff names, as the dense stitching creates a durable mark that withstands frequent washing. For larger, more vibrant graphics or company branding across the back, our high-precision printing process is the ideal choice. All customisation is performed by our expert in-house team in Telford, ensuring your branding is as resilient as the garment itself.
Use Cases
This garment is specifically engineered for tradespeople and industrial workers who cannot afford to let the weather dictate their schedule. It is highly recommended for construction workers, tree surgeons, and mechanics who require full-body protection. It is equally suited for security personnel and utility workers, such as plumbers and electricians, who require visibility and warmth while working on-site or in exposed outdoor conditions.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, please account for the internal quilted lining, which adds bulk to the interior. If you intend to wear heavy secondary layers beneath the coverall, you may wish to consider this when reviewing the fit. The robust nature of the 300D fabric means the garment will hold its shape well, even after heavy use.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility performance and structural integrity of this coverall, it is vital to follow the specific care instructions provided. Failure to do so may degrade the technical coatings and diminish the safety properties of the fabric.
We recommend a mild domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Exceeding this temperature can damage the PU coating and reduce the effectiveness of the stain-resistant finish. Please note that this garment has a maximum limit of 50 washes to ensure the reflective properties remain within safety standards.
Do not use bleach, as this will cause irreversible damage to the polyester fibres and significantly fade the high-visibility orange colour. The garment must not be tumble dried; instead, it should be hung to drip dry on a line. High heat from a dryer can warp the synthetic materials and destroy the waterproof lining.
Ironing is strictly prohibited, as the direct heat will melt the polyester fabric and the PU coating. Likewise, dry cleaning should be avoided as the chemical solvents used in the process will strip away the garment's protective finishes.
