Product Overview
The Bizflame Work FR Women's Coverall is a meticulously engineered garment designed specifically to meet the rigorous demands of the offshore industry. Recognising that standard unisex sizing often fails to provide the necessary mobility for female professionals, this coverall is specially tailored to the female form. The result is a professional silhouette that does not compromise on safety or functionality, ensuring that the wearer remains protected without the hindrance of excess fabric.
Key Features
- Tailored female fit ensures enhanced comfort and freedom of movement, reducing the risk of snagging on machinery or equipment in confined spaces.
- Soft-touch fabric provides outstanding all-day comfort, which is essential for long shifts in challenging industrial environments.
- Integrated carbon fibre offers permanent antistatic properties, providing a vital layer of protection in hazardous zones.
- Substantial cotton-rich composition ensures breathability while maintaining the structural integrity required for heavy-duty work.
Design & Performance
Constructed from Bizflame Work fabric, which comprises 99% cotton and 1% carbon fibre, this coverall offers a superior balance of protection and comfort. The substantial fabric weight provides a robust barrier against the elements and site hazards, yet the high cotton content ensures the wearer remains comfortable. The addition of carbon fibre is a technical necessity for many offshore and industrial roles, providing reliable antistatic performance that is built into the fibre itself rather than applied as a temporary treatment. This ensures the protection remains effective throughout the life of the garment.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
At MyWorkwear, we understand that professional identity is paramount. This coverall is suitable for both print and embroidery customisation. For a refined and durable finish, we recommend embroidery for company logos and staff names; it withstands the rigours of industrial laundering exceptionally well and maintains a professional appearance. For larger branding requirements on the back of the garment, our high-quality print services offer a bold and clear finish. All customisation is managed by our expert in-house team in Telford, drawing on decades of experience since our founding in 1976.
Use Cases
This garment is specifically developed for women working in the offshore oil and gas sectors, petro-chemical plants, and any environment where flame-resistant and antistatic protection is mandatory. Its tailored fit makes it an excellent choice for engineers, technicians, and site managers who require a professional appearance alongside certified protection in multi-norm environments.

Practical Advice
Given the tailored nature of this coverall, we recommend reviewing your measurements against our sizing guide to ensure the best fit. Consider what layers will be worn underneath, as the substantial fabric provides significant warmth, though you may still require thermal base layers for extreme offshore conditions. A well-fitted coverall is not just a matter of comfort; it is a safety requirement to prevent loose fabric from catching on equipment.
Caring for your product
To ensure this garment maintains its protective properties and professional appearance, it is essential to follow the recommended care routine. Maintaining the fabric's integrity is not just about aesthetics; it is about ensuring the flame-resistant properties remain effective.
A domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 60°C is recommended for a normal process. Exceeding this temperature may cause premature wear of the fibres or affect the fit of the garment through excessive shrinkage. It is vital to avoid bleach, as chemical oxidisers can degrade the flame-resistant properties and weaken the fabric structure, potentially compromising your safety.
When drying, use a low tumble dry setting. High heat in the dryer can lead to shrinkage, which is particularly problematic for tailored garments. If ironing is required, ensure the temperature does not exceed 150°C to avoid damaging the carbon fibres or the cotton base. Finally, do not dry clean this garment, as the chemicals used in the process can interfere with the technical treatments of the Bizflame fabric.
