- Multi-Norm Protection: Certified to five international safety standards, providing comprehensive protection across various industrial applications.
- Bizflame Industry Fabric: The blend of materials is specifically chosen to offer a balance of comfort and exceptional longevity in demanding conditions.
- Integrated Carbon Fibre: Provides essential anti-static properties, making it suitable for environments where static discharge must be controlled.
- Flame Resistant Durability: The fabric is treated to ensure flame resistance remains effective throughout the life of the garment, providing peace of mind on every shift.
Design & Performance
This coverall is crafted from a substantial, heavyweight fabric that prioritises both protection and wearer comfort. The composition of 80% cotton ensures excellent breathability and a soft feel against the skin, which is vital during long shifts in warm or enclosed environments. To ensure the garment doesn't fail when put to the test, 19% polyester is integrated into the weave, providing the structural strength needed to resist tears and abrasions.
The addition of 1% carbon fibre is a technical necessity for modern industrial work, offering permanent anti-static protection. The design allows for a full range of movement, ensuring that while the fabric is sturdy and protective, it does not hinder your ability to perform complex tasks. This is a well-engineered garment built for those who require their workwear to work as hard as they do.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
To ensure your team presents a cohesive and professional image, the Bizflame Industry FR Coverall is suitable for both print and embroidery. For a traditional and highly durable finish, we recommend embroidery for company logos and individual names. This provides a raised, high-quality texture that withstands industrial laundering exceptionally well.
If your requirements include large, high-visibility branding or complex graphics on the back of the coverall, our specialist printing services offer a bold and clear finish. All customisation is managed by our expert in-house team in Telford, ensuring that the protective integrity of the garment is respected while delivering a superior aesthetic result.
Use Cases
This coverall is specifically designed for professionals working in the utilities, petrochemical, and manufacturing sectors. It is an essential garment for anyone operating in environments where there is a risk of heat, flame, or static build-up. Its versatile grey colour makes it a practical choice for maintaining a clean appearance in dusty or oily environments.

Practical Advice
This coverall features a regular fit, designed to be worn over standard base layers. When selecting your size, consider whether you will be wearing heavy clothing underneath in winter months, as you may require additional room for movement. Ensure all fastenings are fully secured during work to maintain the full protective rating of the garment.
Caring for your product
To maintain the flame-resistant properties and structural integrity of this coverall, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 60°C. Washing at this temperature effectively removes industrial contaminants without degrading the specialised fibres.
Under no circumstances should you use bleach, as the chemicals will break down the flame-resistant treatment and weaken the fabric. When drying, use a low tumble dry setting; excessive heat can cause shrinkage in cotton-rich fabrics and may damage the carbon fibre components.
If ironing is required to maintain a professional appearance, use a maximum soleplate temperature of 150°C. Finally, do not dry clean this garment, as the solvents used in the process can leave flammable residues or interfere with the safety certifications of the Bizflame fabric.
