Product Overview
The Nantes Hi-Vis Contrast Work Coverall is a meticulously engineered garment designed for professionals who require certified protection while working in high-traffic environments or near motorways. This coverall combines a modern, stylish aesthetic with the functional requirements of heavy-duty industrial work, ensuring that safety does not come at the expense of a professional appearance.
Key Features
- Integrated knee pad pockets allow for the insertion of protective pads, providing essential cushioning for tasks that require kneeling on hard or uneven surfaces.
- Back elastication ensures a superior fit and enhances ease of movement, allowing the wearer to bend and reach without the garment becoming restrictive.
- The contrast colour design in Orange and Navy is strategically utilised to maintain a cleaner appearance by masking dirt in high-contact areas.
- Certified protection levels ensure the garment meets the necessary safety standards for visibility in hazardous working conditions.
Design & Performance
This coverall is constructed from Kingsmill Polycotton, a high-performance blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. This specific composition offers the best of both worlds: the polyester provides exceptional durability and colour fastness, while the cotton ensures breathability and comfort during long shifts. The fabric is a medium-weight material, providing a substantial feel that can withstand the rigours of a demanding work site while remaining comfortable enough for all-day wear.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The Nantes Coverall is an ideal canvas for corporate branding. We recommend embroidery for a sophisticated, professional appearance, particularly for company logos and individual names. This method is highly durable and maintains its integrity even after repeated laundering. For larger, bold branding across the back, our high-quality printing process is an effective alternative. All customisation is performed in-house at our Telford facility, where our team has been perfecting the art of workwear branding since 1976.
Use Cases
This garment is specifically tailored for those in high-risk professions, including motorway maintenance, roadside recovery, and large-scale construction projects. Its robust design also makes it suitable for tree surgeons, electricians, and mechanics who require the dual benefits of high visibility and full-body protection.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, consider the environment in which you will be working. If you intend to wear this coverall over heavy thermal layers during the winter months, you may find a slightly larger size provides a more comfortable fit. The back elastication will help manage any minor adjustments in fit throughout the day.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility properties and structural integrity of this coverall, it is essential to follow the care instructions precisely. A mild washing process at a maximum temperature of 40°C is recommended to prevent fabric degradation and ensure the safety components remain effective.
Avoid the use of bleach, as this will destroy the high-visibility pigments and weaken the polycotton fibres. The garment should not be tumble dried; instead, it should be drip line dried to prevent shrinkage and heat damage.
If ironing is necessary, do not exceed a temperature of 150°C. Please be aware that this garment is certified for a maximum of 50 washes, after which the reflective properties may no longer meet the original safety specifications.
