Capped sleeves: These offer a modern alternative to traditional short sleeves, providing freedom of movement without sacrificing coverage.
Straight hem: Designed to be worn either tucked in or loose, offering versatility in how the uniform is styled.
Design & Performance
The technical merit of this blouse lies in its Cofrex/Pufy fabric base. Unlike standard polyester, this lightweight material is engineered with moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties, which actively transport perspiration away from the skin to keep the wearer cool. Additionally, the fabric includes anti-UV protection, making it an excellent choice for staff who move between indoor and outdoor settings. The easycare nature of the material ensures that the blouse maintains its shape and professional appearance with minimal maintenance, resisting the common creases associated with long shifts.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This blouse is an excellent canvas for brand identity. For a truly professional and long-lasting finish, we recommend embroidery. Our skilled team can replicate corporate logos or staff names with precision, providing a textured, high-quality look that withstands frequent laundering. If your branding requires large, vibrant graphics, our printing services offer a smooth finish that complements the fabric's drape.
Since 1976, we have handled all customisation in-house at our Telford facility. This allows us to maintain strict quality control over every stitch and print, ensuring your team looks exactly as intended.
Use Cases
This blouse is specifically tailored for front-of-house hospitality roles, corporate office environments, and retail management. Its combination of elegant styling and technical fabric makes it ideal for staff who need to maintain a polished appearance in high-pressure or warmer environments.

Practical Advice
To achieve the best fit, please refer to our size guide, as this garment is available in a broad range from XS (UK 8) to 4XL (UK 22). This blouse is designed to match the HB590 range, allowing for a cohesive uniform look across different styles within your team. Given the lightweight nature of the fabric, it layers exceptionally well under corporate knitwear or blazers during colder months.
Caring for your product
To preserve the technical properties and appearance of your blouse, it is essential to follow the care instructions provided. Maintaining the fabric's integrity ensures the garment continues to perform as expected over time.
We recommend a synthetic wash at 40°C. Washing at this temperature effectively removes daily grime without damaging the delicate Cofrex fibres. Always wash dark colours separately to prevent any dye transfer that could dull the garment's appearance.
Avoid the use of bleach and fabric softeners. Bleach will degrade the fabric structure and colour, while fabric softeners can coat the technical fibres, significantly reducing the moisture-wicking and quick-drying capabilities of the blouse.
The garment should be hung to dry rather than tumble dried. Tumble drying can cause unnecessary heat stress and potential shrinkage. If ironing is required, use a cool setting on the reverse of the fabric and strictly avoid ironing over any print or embroidery to prevent damage to the customisation.
