Product Overview

The Kustom Kit KK727 Women's Continental Blouse is a refined alternative to the traditional button-down shirt, designed specifically for those who require a sophisticated and modern corporate image. Featuring a distinctive stand-up mandarin collar and elegant cap sleeves, this blouse offers a delicate yet professional aesthetic that is particularly suited to front-of-house roles. The tailored fit ensures a sleek, streamlined appearance, making it an ideal choice for businesses looking to elevate their uniform standards without sacrificing comfort.

Key Features
  • Stand-up Mandarin Collar: Provides a modern and distinctive neckline that stands out in a professional environment.
  • Cap Sleeves: Offers an elegant silhouette and increased freedom of movement, perfect for warmer environments or active hospitality roles.
  • Tailored Fit with Multiple Darts: Integrated front, bust, and back darts create a structured, feminine shape that maintains its profile throughout the working day.
  • Front Inner Modesty Placket: Ensures complete coverage and professional integrity, providing peace of mind during movement.
  • Self-Fabric Button Loops: Adds a premium, high-quality finish to the garment's construction, reinforcing its position as a superior uniform choice.

Design & Performance

Crafted from a high-performance blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, this blouse is engineered for the rigours of daily wear. This specific fabric composition combines the natural breathability of cotton with the hard-wearing durability of polyester, ensuring the garment retains its shape and colour over time. The lightweight fabric is particularly advantageous for staff working indoors or in fast-paced service environments where temperature regulation is essential.

One of the standout performance features is the easy-iron finish. This treatment significantly reduces the time required for garment maintenance, ensuring that employees can achieve a crisp, professional appearance with minimal effort. The addition of a Kustom Kit woven back neck label and a sewn tag further highlights the attention to detail and quality control invested in this garment.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

The smooth, high-quality surface of the KK727 makes it an excellent canvas for customisation. For a truly professional finish, we recommend embroidery. This method is ideal for company logos and staff names, providing a durable and textured look that withstands frequent laundering. Because of the lightweight nature of the fabric, our experts use precision techniques to ensure the embroidery remains sharp and stable.

Alternatively, print is a viable option for larger, bolder designs where a flat finish is preferred. Every customisation project is handled by our skilled in-house team at our Telford facility. Since 1976, MyWorkwear has been perfecting the art of garment decoration, ensuring your brand is represented with the highest level of detail and accuracy.

Use Cases

This blouse is expertly suited for the hospitality industry, particularly for receptionists, concierge staff, and waitressing teams. Its stylish profile also makes it a popular choice for corporate office environments, retail management, and beauty clinics where a professional, approachable appearance is paramount. The wide size range from 8 to 20 ensures a consistent look across a diverse workforce.

Practical Advice

As this garment features a tailored fit, it is designed to sit closer to the body. We recommend reviewing the specific size guide to ensure the best possible fit for your team. The lightweight nature of the blouse makes it perfect for layering under a blazer or cardigan during cooler months, while the cap sleeves ensure it remains comfortable when worn as a standalone piece in warmer conditions.

Caring for your product

To maintain the structural integrity and professional appearance of your blouse, it is essential to follow the recommended care protocols. Maintaining these standards will ensure your custom branding and the fabric's finish remain in peak condition.

We recommend a mild machine wash at 40°C. This temperature is effective for removing daily grime while protecting the polyester-cotton fibres from thermal stress. Avoid using bleach, as harsh chemicals will degrade the fabric strength and cause significant discolouration to both the garment and any custom embroidery.

Do not tumble dry or dry clean this blouse. Air drying is the safest method to prevent shrinkage and maintain the tailored shape. Finally, use a two-dot iron setting to remove any remaining creases; this moderate heat ensures a sharp finish without the risk of scorching the synthetic fibres.
