Stanley/Stella Women’s Stella Discoverer hooded softshell (STJW159)

Product Overview

The Women’s Stella Discoverer hooded softshell by Stanley/Stella is a well-engineered outer layer designed for the professional woman who requires both protection and a refined appearance. Unlike generic outerwear, this jacket is specifically tailored to provide a professional silhouette without compromising on the utility needed for a busy working day. It is a substantial garment that offers a reliable barrier against the elements, making it a staple for any corporate or trade wardrobe.

Key Features

• Integrated Hood: Provides essential protection from wind and rain, ensuring you remain focused on the task at hand regardless of the weather.
• Polyester Blend Fabric: This specific material choice ensures the jacket is resilient against daily wear and tear while allowing for the necessary range of movement.
• Female-Specific Tailoring: Designed to fit the female form correctly, providing a professional appearance that avoids the bulkiness of unisex alternatives.
• Secure Fastenings: High-quality zips and closures ensure your belongings stay safe and the heat stays in when working outdoors.

Design & Performance

Constructed from a substantial, heavyweight polyester blend, the Stella Discoverer is built for longevity. The softshell fabric is engineered to be both wind-resistant and breathable, offering a superior finish that feels sturdy to the touch. It is a garment that performs as well as it looks, maintaining its structure even after significant use in demanding environments.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This item is available with both print and embroidery customisation to suit your branding requirements. Embroidery delivers a textured, premium appearance that is ideal for company logos and individual names; it is particularly durable and stands up to repeated washing without fading or fraying.

For those requiring large, bold designs or a broader range of vibrant colours, our printing service is the preferred option. All customisation is managed by our expert in-house team in Telford, who have been perfecting garment decoration since 1976.

Use Cases

This softshell is an excellent choice for team leaders, site supervisors, or event staff who spend significant time outdoors. Its polished look also makes it suitable for customer-facing roles where a first impression of professionalism is vital, such as property inspections or outdoor hospitality management.

Practical Advice

The Stella Discoverer is designed for a modern fit; if you intend to wear it over a thick sweatshirt or multiple layers, you may wish to consider a size larger than your usual choice. It functions exceptionally well as a top layer over a polo shirt or base layer during the transitional seasons.

Caring for your product

To maintain the technical performance and professional finish of this softshell, it is important to follow the specific care instructions found on the internal label. Ignoring these guidelines can lead to a degradation of the fabric's water-resistant properties and may affect the longevity of the material.

Proper care ensures that any custom embroidery or print remains sharp and vibrant. High temperatures or harsh chemicals should be avoided to prevent the polyester blend from losing its shape or the branding from becoming damaged over time.
