Result Workguard Ripstop softshell workwear jacket

Product Overview

The Result Workguard Ripstop Softshell Jacket is a substantial piece of workwear designed for those who require more than just a standard outer layer. Built to withstand the rigours of a busy site, this jacket combines the flexibility of a softshell with the ruggedness of ripstop fabric, ensuring you remain protected and presentable throughout the working day. It is a well-engineered garment that prioritises durability for the professional male wearer.

Key Features

• Ripstop Fabric Construction: The reinforced weave is specifically designed to prevent small snags from developing into larger tears, extending the life of the garment in demanding environments.
• Heavyweight Polyester Blend: This material provides a sturdy barrier and a substantial feel, offering protection that lightweight alternatives cannot match.
• Broad Size Range: Available from Small up to 4XL, ensuring a consistent and professional appearance for every member of your team.
• Professional Two-Tone Design: The black contrast panels provide a modern, clean look that hides dirt while maintaining a smart corporate identity.

Design & Performance

This jacket is constructed from a heavyweight polyester blend, chosen for its resilience and ability to maintain its shape over time. The primary performance feature is the ripstop outer, which acts as a safeguard against the sharp edges and abrasive surfaces often encountered in trade environments. It feels substantial to wear, providing the wearer with a sense of security and warmth. The design is functional and focused, avoiding unnecessary bulk while ensuring maximum protection.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

This item is available with both print and embroidery customisation to suit your branding requirements. Embroidery delivers a textured, premium appearance—ideal for company logos and names—and stands up to repeated washing without fading or losing its shape. For those requiring larger, bolder designs or a broader range of colours, our printing service provides a sharp and vibrant finish. All customisation is handled by our expert in-house team in Telford, who have been perfecting the craft since 1976.

Use Cases

This jacket is ideally suited for site managers, engineers, and outdoor tradespeople who require a robust outer layer. It is particularly effective for those working in environments where traditional fleece or standard jackets would be prone to snagging or tearing.

Practical Advice

Given the substantial, heavyweight nature of this softshell, it works exceptionally well as a standalone outer layer over a shirt or polo. For those working in particularly cold conditions, the generous sizing up to 4XL allows for comfortable layering over a sweatshirt without restricting movement.

Caring for your product

To maintain the structural integrity and protective qualities of this jacket, it is essential to follow the specific care instructions provided on the internal label. Neglecting these guidelines can lead to a breakdown of the polyester fibres, which may reduce the garment's natural resilience and lifespan.

Proper maintenance ensures that any custom embroidery or print remains vibrant and securely attached, keeping your team looking professional for longer and protecting your investment in your company's appearance.
