Product Overview
The Stanley/Stella Unisex Padded Parka Jacket is a sophisticated solution for professionals requiring reliable protection from the elements without compromising on environmental responsibility. This medium-fit garment combines a clean, contemporary aesthetic with practical functionality, making it an ideal choice for outdoor professional settings or premium corporate uniform projects. Crafted from 100% recycled polyester, it demonstrates a commitment to sustainable workwear that does not sacrifice performance or durability.
Key Features
- Double-layered hood: Featuring an adjustable plastic stopper and internal elastic cord, this provides essential protection against wind and rain while allowing for a precise, secure fit.
- Diamond quilted lining: This internal finish ensures the insulation remains evenly distributed, providing consistent warmth across the entire torso during long shifts outdoors.
- Metal snaps at centre front: These robust fasteners provide a secure closure and a classic aesthetic that withstands the rigours of daily use.
- Semi-elastic sleeve cuffs: Designed to provide a snug fit around the wrist, these help to seal in heat and prevent draughts from entering the sleeves.
- Internal decoration access: Strategically placed zip openings at the bottom hem and left chest allow for seamless customisation, ensuring your branding is applied professionally without affecting the garment's lining.
Design & Performance
Engineered with a focus on both longevity and comfort, this parka utilises a lightweight yet durable recycled polyester shell. The medium-weight padding is specifically chosen to provide sufficient warmth for winter conditions while maintaining a manageable weight for the wearer. The inclusion of welt pockets at the front provides practical storage for essential tools or personal items, while the round drawcords at the hem allow the wearer to adjust the silhouette to suit their preference or the weather conditions.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This parka has been specifically designed to accommodate high-quality customisation. For businesses seeking a traditional and enduring appearance, embroidery is highly recommended for company logos or individual names, offering a tactile and professional finish that stands the test of time. Alternatively, for larger, more impactful designs, our printing techniques provide sharp, bold results that are clearly visible even in outdoor environments.
Our in-house team at MyWorkwear, established in 1976, manages the entire process from our facility in Telford. The dedicated internal zip openings are a thoughtful technical feature, allowing our experts to apply your branding directly to the outer shell without piercing the internal diamond quilting, thereby preserving the jacket's aesthetic and thermal properties.
Use Cases
This jacket is perfectly suited for site managers, outdoor event staff, or any professional team operating in cold-weather environments where a smart, uniform appearance is required. Given its sustainable credentials, it is also an excellent choice for organisations prioritising eco-conscious procurement or looking for high-quality corporate gifting options that reflect their brand values.

We understand that your workwear is an extension of your professional identity, which is why we oversee every stage of the embroidery and print process in-house to ensure a superior finish.
Practical Advice
The medium fit is designed to be versatile and professional. When selecting sizes from the XXS to 3XL range, we recommend considering the layers typically worn beneath; if your team often wears heavy sweatshirts or fleeces, you may find that selecting a size up provides the most comfortable fit for active work.
Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and appearance of your parka, we recommend a domestic wash at 30°C. This lower temperature is effective for cleaning while protecting the recycled polyester fibres and ensuring your custom branding remains vibrant.
Do not tumble dry or iron this garment. Exposure to high heat can damage the synthetic padding and the outer shell, leading to a loss of shape or potential melting of the recycled materials. For best results, we advise reshaping the jacket while damp and laying it flat to dry naturally.
Ensure all metal snaps are closed before placing the jacket in the wash to prevent them from snagging on the fabric or the washing machine drum. Washing with similar colours will prevent any potential colour transfer, keeping your uniform looking professional for longer.
