Product Overview

The Russell Europe Long Sleeve Ultimate Non-Iron Shirt is a sophisticated choice for those who require a sharp, professional appearance without the maintenance burden of traditional cotton shirts. Utilising advanced textile technology, this shirt is designed to resist wrinkles throughout a demanding workday, ensuring you look as composed at the end of your shift as you did at the start.

Crafted with a classic male fit, it balances traditional tailoring with modern functional details. Whether you are leading a boardroom meeting or managing a front-of-house team, this shirt provides the reliability and comfort needed for high-stakes professional environments.

Key Features
  • Semi-cutaway button-down collar: Offers a contemporary look that maintains its shape, providing a crisp appearance whether worn with or without a tie.
  • Integrated chest pocket: Provides a practical storage solution for small essentials while maintaining a formal and balanced silhouette.
  • Mitred adjustable cuffs: These versatile cuffs feature two buttons for a custom fit and include the option for cufflinks if a higher level of formality is required.
  • Back yoke with two pleats: This design detail allows for a greater range of movement across the shoulders, preventing the fabric from pulling during active use.
  • Rounded hem: Ensures the shirt remains neatly tucked in, maintaining a clean and professional line throughout the day.

Design & Performance

The foundation of this garment is its 100% cotton micro twill fabric. This lightweight material offers the natural breathability and soft hand-feel of cotton while benefiting from a specialised non-iron finish. Unlike standard cotton, which is prone to heavy creasing, this micro twill is engineered to remain smooth under stress.

The non-iron technology works at a molecular level within the fibres. It does not just resist initial creases; it helps the fabric recover its shape after movement. This makes it an ideal choice for professionals who travel frequently or spend long hours in seated positions, as it effectively eliminates the need for a morning ironing routine.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

Given the premium nature of the cotton micro twill, this shirt is an exceptional canvas for customisation. We recommend embroidery for a truly distinguished finish. A finely stitched logo on the collar or above the chest pocket adds a level of prestige and permanence that complements the shirt's high-end construction.

For businesses looking to make a more prominent statement, our high-resolution printing techniques are also suitable. This is particularly effective for larger branding on the back for event staff or hospitality teams. All customisation is carried out by our expert in-house team in Telford, drawing on our heritage and expertise established in 1976.

Use Cases

This shirt is specifically tailored for the corporate and hospitality sectors. It is perfectly suited for sales professionals, hotel management, and any role where first impressions are critical. Its durable yet refined construction also makes it a staple for uniform programmes across large organisations where consistency and a professional appearance are key.

Why MyWorkwear

Established in 1976, MyWorkwear has spent decades perfecting the art of professional clothing. Operating from our technical hub in Telford, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology. We understand that your workwear is more than just a uniform; it is a reflection of your business's standards and attention to detail.

Practical Advice

This shirt features a classic fit that is generous enough for all-day comfort. We recommend consulting the neck size measurements, which range from 14.5" to 19.5", to ensure a comfortable fit that allows for easy breathing when the top button is fastened. For a layered look in colder months, it pairs excellently with a medium-weight knitwear piece without adding excessive bulk.

Caring for your product

To preserve the non-iron properties and the integrity of the cotton micro twill, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. Regular washing at this temperature ensures the effective removal of oils and perspiration while protecting the specialised finish of the fabric and any custom branding.

This garment is suitable for tumble drying. Using a low-to-medium heat setting will help the non-iron technology reactivate, further reducing the need for manual pressing. Avoid using bleach, as harsh chemicals can degrade the cotton fibres and cause permanent discolouration to your embroidered or printed logos.
