Product Overview

The Russell Collection Long sleeve tailored ultimate non-iron shirt represents a significant advancement in professional attire. Engineered for the modern professional, this shirt utilises a sophisticated non-iron fabric technology that ensures a crisp, wrinkle-free appearance throughout the most demanding working days. The contemporary tailored cut provides a sharp, streamlined silhouette that aligns with modern corporate standards without sacrificing comfort.

Key Features
  • Non-Iron Micro Twill: The high-quality fabric is designed to resist creasing, allowing you to maintain a polished look from morning meetings to evening events.
  • Semi-Cutaway Boned Collar: The stiffened, semi-cutaway collar features permanent bones to ensure it retains its shape and structure under a jacket or when worn with a tie.
  • Adjustable Mitred Cuffs: These versatile cuffs feature two buttons for a precise fit and include the option for cufflinks, catering to both standard and formal requirements.
  • Tailored Silhouette: The contemporary cut offers a closer fit to the body, providing a professional aesthetic that avoids the bulk of traditional shirts.
  • Rounded Hem: This design choice ensures the shirt remains securely tucked in throughout the day, maintaining your professional composure.

Design & Performance

Constructed from 100% cotton micro twill, this lightweight fabric offers a luxurious hand-feel that belies its incredible durability. The micro twill weave is inherently dense and smooth, providing a superior canvas for branding while ensuring the garment remains breathable in heated office environments or busy hospitality settings. By removing the chest pocket, Russell Collection has achieved a clean, minimalist front that enhances the shirt's modern appeal and professional finish.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

To ensure your team presents a unified and professional image, this shirt is compatible with both print and embroidery. Our expert team in Telford, with experience dating back to 1976, recommends embroidery for this specific garment. Embroidery provides a high-quality, permanent finish for corporate logos or staff names, reinforcing a sense of authority and prestige.

For larger, more graphic branding requirements, our precision printing techniques can be applied to achieve bold, clear designs. Regardless of the method chosen, we handle all customisation in-house to maintain the highest standards of quality control.

Use Cases

This shirt is an ideal choice for corporate environments, front-of-house hospitality roles, and sales teams where first impressions are paramount. Its non-iron properties make it particularly suitable for frequent travellers or staff working long shifts who need to remain looking sharp without access to laundry facilities.

Practical Advice

With a comprehensive size range from 14.5" to 19.5", it is essential to measure the neck accurately to ensure a comfortable fit. For those who prefer a more relaxed feel, the tailored cut means you may wish to consider the next size up if you are between measurements. This shirt layers exceptionally well under a fine-knit jumper or a structured blazer for a complete professional ensemble.

Caring for your product

Maintaining the non-iron performance and fabric integrity of your shirt requires adherence to specific care protocols. We recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. This temperature is sufficient to remove daily grime while protecting the cotton fibres and the technical finish that prevents wrinkling.

This garment is suitable for tumble drying. In fact, tumble drying is often beneficial for non-iron shirts as the heat helps to 'reset' the fabric's memory, further reducing the need for manual pressing. Ensure the shirt is removed promptly from the dryer and hung immediately to achieve the best results.
