Product Overview
The Result Core Padded Winter Fleece is a substantial solution for professionals who require significant warmth without the restrictive bulk of a traditional heavy jacket. This garment combines the soft, tactile appeal of a luxury plush fleece with the structural integrity of a quilted lining. It is designed to provide a high warmth factor for those working in exposed or unheated environments, ensuring that drop in temperature does not equate to a drop in productivity.
Key Features
- Heavy-Duty Front and Pocket Zips: These robust fastenings are built to withstand frequent use in demanding work settings, ensuring the fleece remains secure and your belongings stay safe.
- Elasticated Cuffs: By providing a snug fit around the wrists, these cuffs effectively block out cold draughts and keep the sleeves in place during manual tasks.
- Side Hem Drawcord Adjuster: This allows the wearer to customise the fit, sealing in heat at the waist and providing a more tailored silhouette.
- Double-Stitch Detail: Applied to the pockets and collar, this reinforcement enhances the garment's durability at common points of stress.
- Two Zip Side Pockets: These offer secure storage for essential tools or personal items, keeping them accessible yet protected from the elements.
Design & Performance
Engineered for performance in cold climates, this fleece features a 100% polyester luxury plush outer that feels soft to the touch while maintaining a compact, professional appearance. The interior is where the technical superiority lies; a square quilted lining houses specialized insulation, creating a barrier against the cold that outperforms standard unlined fleeces.
The comfort fit ensures that the wearer can move freely, which is essential for trade environments. Despite its high thermal properties, the fabric is easy to care for and retains its shape well after repeated wear. The inclusion of a heavy-duty zip through to the collar provides complete protection for the neck, a vital feature for outdoor work during the British winter.
Customisation: Embroidery Only
This garment is designed specifically for embroidery. Due to the deep, luxury plush texture of the fleece fabric, printing methods would struggle to provide a smooth or durable finish. Embroidery, however, sits perfectly within the pile, offering a premium and professional look that reflects the quality of your brand.
Our in-house embroidery team, established in 1976, utilises the left chest side seam zip opening access to ensure the stitch work is applied cleanly through the outer layer without compromising the internal quilting. This attention to detail results in a high-quality finish that stands the test of time.
Use Cases
This fleece is an ideal choice for site managers, surveyors, and delivery drivers who frequently move between vehicles and the outdoors. Its professional appearance also makes it suitable for front-of-house staff in garden centres or outdoor venues where maintaining a smart image while staying warm is paramount.

Practical Advice
This fleece is designed with a comfort fit, making it an excellent outer layer over a polo shirt or sweatshirt. If you intend to wear multiple thick layers beneath it, you may wish to consult the sizing guide to ensure the best fit across the chest, which ranges from Small (38") up to 4XL (52").
Caring for your product
To maintain the thermal performance and plush texture of this fleece, we recommend a domestic wash at 40°C. Washing at this temperature effectively removes work-related grime without damaging the polyester fibres or the integrity of your embroidered logo.
Avoid the use of bleach, as this will strip the colour from the fabric and weaken the synthetic fibres. If tumble drying, use a low temperature setting (maximum 60°C); excessive heat can cause the insulation to clump and may damage the soft-feel finish of the outer fleece.
Do not iron this garment. The heat from a domestic iron can melt the polyester fibres and flatten the plush texture permanently. For the best results, simply hang the fleece to air dry after washing, which will help it maintain its natural shape and loft.
