Design & Performance
Constructed from a balanced blend of 65% Recycled Polyester and 35% Cotton, this work coat utilizes a lightweight fabric that offers both breathability and durability. The recycled polyester provides excellent colour retention and resistance to creasing, while the cotton content ensures a comfortable feel against the skin during long shifts. The fabric is specifically chosen for its ability to withstand industrial washing processes, a necessity for maintaining hygiene standards in laboratory or food-handling environments. A discreet hanging loop is situated on the inner neck, a practical addition for secure storage when the coat is not in use.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This work coat serves as an excellent canvas for corporate branding. For a truly professional and long-lasting finish, we recommend embroidery for company logos and staff names; the fabric's stable weave supports intricate stitch work without puckering. If your branding requires large, high-impact graphics, our thermal printing techniques offer a vibrant and sharp alternative. Since 1976, our expert team in Telford has been refining these processes, ensuring that every customised garment reflects the professionalism of your business.
Use Cases
This versatile coat is an essential garment for laboratory technicians, warehouse managers, and housekeeping staff. Its smart appearance and protective length make it equally suitable for pharmacy roles or hygiene-sensitive manufacturing environments where a clean, uniform look is required.

Practical Advice
This coat features a classic unisex fit and is available in an inclusive size range from XXS to 5XL. When selecting your size, consider the clothing you intend to wear underneath; if you frequently layer over heavy knitwear or fleeces, you may wish to opt for a larger size to ensure a full range of movement. For those in laboratory settings, the concealed studs are particularly useful as they provide a quick-release mechanism in the event of a spill.
Caring for your product
To maintain the professional appearance and protective qualities of this coat, it is essential to follow the prescribed care instructions. Regular laundering at the recommended settings will ensure the garment remains hygienic and the fabric remains resilient.
We recommend a machine wash at 60°C. This temperature is necessary to effectively remove bacteria and industrial contaminants. Failure to wash at this temperature in sensitive environments may compromise hygiene standards.
Do not use bleach on this garment. Chlorine-based cleaners will degrade the recycled polyester fibres and cause the fabric to lose its structural strength and white finish over time.
When drying, use a tumble dryer on a low heat setting. High temperatures in the dryer can cause synthetic fibres to shrink or distort, potentially affecting the alignment of your embroidered branding. Similarly, iron on a low heat setting to remove creases without damaging the fabric or any applied print.
This garment is not suitable for dry cleaning. The chemicals used in the dry cleaning process can react poorly with the fabric blend, leading to a loss of the coat's crisp finish.
