- Eco-Friendly Composition: Utilises recycled materials, allowing your business to meet sustainability targets while maintaining a professional appearance.
Design & Performance
The technical foundation of these trousers is the Kingsmill Polyester Stretch Eco fabric. This material is a sophisticated blend of 93% recycled polyester and 7% elastane, resulting in a lightweight fabric that is both resilient and highly flexible. The addition of 4-way stretch technology means the garment moves in harmony with the wearer, reducing resistance and physical fatigue during active tasks.
Further enhancing the design are contrast panels made from a slightly different blend of polyester and elastane, providing reinforcement where it is most needed. This intelligent use of materials ensures the trousers can withstand the typical wear and tear of a busy workplace while remaining breathable and comfortable throughout the day.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The WX2 Eco trousers are an excellent canvas for your company branding. For a more traditional and durable finish, we recommend embroidery. It provides a "proper" professional look for logos and staff names that can withstand the rigours of industrial laundering. For larger, more striking designs, our high-quality printing services offer a vibrant alternative.
Our in-house team in Telford has been perfecting these processes since 1976. We handle every stage of the customisation to ensure that your branding is applied with the precision and expertise that nearly five decades in the trade provides.
Use Cases
These trousers are perfectly suited for professionals in logistics, facility management, and light engineering. Their blend of a polished appearance and high mobility also makes them a sensible choice for supervisors and site managers who need to move between the office and more active environments throughout the day.

Practical Advice
To get the best out of the 4-way stretch fabric, we recommend selecting your standard size to ensure a close but comfortable fit. The side elastication provides a degree of flexibility, making these trousers particularly comfortable when layering over lightweight thermal leggings during the winter months.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance of the stretch fabric and ensure your branding remains in top condition, proper care is vital. Neglecting these instructions can lead to a loss of elasticity and a shortened lifespan for the garment.
We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a normal process. Exceeding this temperature can damage the elastane fibres, which would cause the trousers to lose their stretch and shape.
Under no circumstances should you use bleach. Bleaching agents will break down the recycled polyester fibres and cause significant fading to the black colour and any custom logos. For drying, use a low temperature setting if tumble drying, or ideally, use a drip line dry method. Excessive heat from a dryer can be detrimental to the fabric's integrity.
Do not iron this garment, as the heat can melt the synthetic fibres. Additionally, these trousers are not suitable for dry cleaning, as the chemicals used in that process can degrade the specialised stretch materials.
