Product Overview

The WX2 Eco Craft Holster Trousers represent a significant step forward in professional workwear, balancing environmental responsibility with technical performance. Constructed from a durable twill fabric, these trousers are designed for the modern professional who requires a slim fit without compromising on utility. By utilising Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified polyester, this garment provides a sustainable solution for the workplace while maintaining the resilience expected from high-quality industrial trousers.

Key Features

  • Twelve strategically placed pockets provide extensive storage options, ensuring that your tools and essential items are always within easy reach.
  • Top-loading knee pad pockets allow for the quick and secure insertion of protective padding, an essential feature for those spending long periods working on their knees.
  • An integrated hammer loop keeps your primary tool securely at your side, reducing the time spent searching through toolbags.
  • The extendable leg length allows for a customised fit, ensuring the trousers sit perfectly regardless of your height or footwear choice.

Design & Performance

The core of these trousers is the Kingsmill Polycotton Eco fabric, a medium-weight blend of 65% recycled polyester and 35% cotton. This fabric is chosen for its ability to withstand the daily rigours of site work while remaining breathable and comfortable. To ensure the slim fit does not hinder movement, 4-way stretch panels consisting of polyester and elastane are integrated into the design. This allows the garment to flex naturally with your body, providing a superior range of motion during complex tasks.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

For businesses looking to project a professional image, the WX2 Eco Craft Holster Trousers are an ideal canvas for custom branding. Embroidery is highly recommended for company logos, providing a textured, high-quality finish that remains durable even after repeated industrial laundering. Alternatively, high-definition printing is available for larger, bolder designs on the legs or pockets. All customisation is managed by our expert in-house team in Telford, who have been perfecting the craft since 1976.

Use Cases

These holster trousers are specifically designed for tradespeople across the construction, plumbing, and electrical sectors. The combination of holster pockets for tool storage and the slim, professional aesthetic makes them suitable for both site-based manual work and client-facing environments where a neat appearance is required.

Practical Advice

The slim fit of these trousers provides a modern look, but we recommend consulting the size guide to ensure a comfortable fit for your specific measurements. The extendable leg feature is particularly useful for individuals who find standard leg lengths either too short or too long, allowing for a more precise adjustment.

Caring for your product

To ensure your trousers maintain their fit and finish, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 60°C. This temperature is sufficient to remove heavy soil and grime without causing excessive wear to the recycled fibres.

Bleaching should be avoided entirely. Using bleach will degrade the integrity of the polycotton blend and lead to significant fading of the black fabric, potentially ruining the professional appearance of the garment.

We advise against the use of a tumble dryer. Instead, the trousers should be line dried. High heat from a dryer can cause the elastane in the stretch panels to lose its elasticity over time, which would affect the garment's fit and flexibility.

If ironing is necessary to restore a sharp appearance, the iron should be set to a maximum of 150°C. Applying more heat than this can damage the synthetic components of the fabric and any applied customisation.

For particularly stubborn stains, these trousers can be professionally dry cleaned using tetrachloroethene, which effectively removes oils and greases while preserving the fabric's structure.
