Product Overview

The Seville Hi-Vis Contrast Work Trousers represent a professional solution for those requiring a balance of high-visibility safety and everyday functionality. Engineered with a focus on both comfort and durability, these trousers are a staple for industrial environments. The design features a relaxed elasticated waistband to accommodate movement throughout the day, ensuring the wearer remains comfortable during strenuous tasks.

Key Features

  • Kingsmill fabric construction provides a resilient foundation that handles the demands of a busy workplace.
  • Relaxed elasticated waistband allows for a flexible fit, ensuring comfort during physical activities like bending or lifting.
  • Double rule pocket offers a dedicated and secure space for essential measuring tools, keeping them within reach.
  • Back pocket with flap ensures that smaller items or personal belongings are stored safely and won't fall out during work.
  • Twin stitched seams provide extra reinforcement in high-stress areas, significantly extending the life of the garment.

Design & Performance

These trousers are manufactured using a medium-weight Kingsmill Polycotton blend, consisting of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. This specific composition is chosen for its ability to maintain a professional appearance even after repeated laundering. The polyester ensures the garment is crease-resistant and holds its colour, while the cotton content provides essential breathability for the wearer. The contrast orange and navy design is a practical choice, as the darker navy fabric is placed in areas most likely to encounter dirt, helping the garment look cleaner for longer.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

The Seville Work Trousers are well-suited for both print and embroidery, providing versatility for your branding needs. Embroidery is an excellent option for a sophisticated, professional appearance, typically applied to the hip or pocket area for long-lasting brand identification. If you require larger, more prominent logos or text along the leg, our high-quality printing process provides a sharp, bold finish that remains visible in various conditions. Our specialist team in Telford has been managing these processes in-house since 1976, ensuring your logo is applied with the highest level of expertise.

Use Cases

These trousers are designed for professionals in the construction, logistics, and maintenance sectors. They are particularly useful for those working in environments where being seen is a safety priority, such as roadside works or busy warehouse floors. The combination of high-visibility orange and durable navy fabric makes them a versatile choice for multi-task roles.

Practical Advice

The elasticated waistband on these trousers provides a generous fit, but we recommend ordering your usual size for the best performance. These trousers work effectively as part of a layering system; in colder months, they can be worn over thermal base layers without feeling restrictive, thanks to the relaxed cut of the Kingsmill fabric.

Caring for your product

To maintain the high-visibility performance and structural integrity of your trousers, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures can prematurely degrade the reflective elements and the synthetic fibres in the polycotton blend.

Avoid the use of bleach, as this will damage the fabric's strength and cause the high-visibility pigment to fade. These trousers should not be tumble dried; instead, we advise drip line drying. If ironing is necessary, use a maximum heat setting of 150°C to avoid scorching the fabric. Please note that to remain compliant with safety standards, this garment should be replaced after a maximum of 50 washes.
