Design & Performance
Constructed from Titanmill Plus fabric—a durable blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton—this bib and brace provides a substantial feel that withstands the rigours of industrial use. The fabric is heavy-weight and resilient, offering the breathability of cotton with the hard-wearing properties of polyester.
The addition of 600D Oxford fabric at high-impact zones provides exceptional tear and abrasion resistance. This contrast fabric is further enhanced with a polyurethane (PU) coating, which not only contributes to the garment's durability but also offers a water and stain-repellent finish. This ensures the wearer remains clean and the garment maintains its professional appearance even in harsh conditions.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This bib and brace is an excellent candidate for both print and embroidery, allowing businesses to maintain a unified and professional corporate identity. Embroidery is particularly recommended for company logos on the chest or pockets, providing a textured, high-quality finish that withstands repeated laundering.
For larger, high-visibility branding or promotional messaging, our precision printing services are ideal. All customisation is managed by our dedicated in-house team at our Telford facility, drawing on expertise we have refined since 1976 to ensure your branding is applied with technical precision.
Use Cases
The PW3 Work Bib and Brace is ideally suited for tradespeople in the construction, plumbing, and electrical sectors who require integrated knee protection and ample tool storage. Its robust construction also makes it a reliable choice for warehouse managers and maintenance engineers who require a sturdy, multi-functional uniform.

Practical Advice
Given the adjustable leg length feature, we recommend selecting your standard waist size; the internal hem allows for easy extension if required. For those working in colder environments, the generous fit allows for thermal base layers to be worn underneath without restricting movement.
Caring for your product
To maintain the structural integrity and professional appearance of this bib and brace, it is important to follow the recommended care protocol. We advise a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 60°C. Exceeding this temperature may damage the PU coating on the reinforced sections and affect the longevity of any custom branding.
Chlorine-based bleaching agents must be avoided, as they will degrade the polyester-cotton fibres and cause significant colour fading. For drying, a normal tumble dry cycle is permissible, though line drying in the shade is preferable to preserve the fabric's finish and prevent unnecessary shrinkage.
If ironing is required, use a maximum soleplate temperature of 150°C. Avoid direct contact between the iron and any printed logos or the PU-coated Oxford fabric to prevent melting or distortion. This garment is not suitable for dry cleaning, as the chemical solvents used in the process can compromise the reinforced fabric layers.
