We’re offering five charities the chance to receive £500 worth of customised workwear helping your team look professional, feel confident, and stand out while doing incredible work.

Whether you need branded t-shirts for volunteers, embroidered uniforms for your team, durable workwear for day-to-day impact or merch for your supporters, we’re here to support you. If your charity is making a difference in your community, we’d love to hear your story.

T's and C's

  • The competition is open to UK-registered charities and not-for-profit organisations.

  • Applicants must be aged 18 or over and authorised to apply on behalf of the organisation.

  • Only one entry per organisation is permitted.

  • Previous customers of MyWorkwear are eligible to apply.

  • Winners must be willing to have photos of their workwear taken and used in marketing materials.

  • Winners must be willing to be named in a press release and provide details for a case study.

  • Entries close August 31st at 23:59. Any entries received after this date will not be eligible.

  • Five winning organisations will each receive up to £500 (excl. VAT) worth of customised workwear of their choice.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • Standard production and delivery times will apply.

  • Winners will be contacted within 7 working days of the competition end date.

  • The £500 bundle is to be used in one order. This cannot be split across multiple orders.

FAQs

What does the £500 workwear support include?

Each winning charity will receive up to £500 (excl. VAT) to spend on customised workwear, including garments and standard branding via print or embroidery. We have over 7,000 garments to choose from covering more functional items such as polo shirts and hoodies through to merchandise options like caps, bags and teddy bears. Our team will create you a tailored proposal of garments to best suit the needs mentioned in your application.

Can we order more than £500 worth of workwear?

Yes, if you’d like to order additional items beyond the £500 prize, you’re welcome to do so at your own cost. We will apply our standard charity discount to any additional items you order.

How will the winners be chosen?

Entries will be reviewed by our Senior Leadership Team and judged based on factors such as community impact, need, and how the workwear will support your organisation.

How long do we have to claim the prize?

Winning organisations must place their order within 30 days of being notified as the winner.

Can I nominate a charity instead of applying myself?

While you need to be an authorised member of the charity to apply, we would love for you to share this competition with any organisation that you think may benefit.
