Product Overview
The PW3 Women's Stretch Work Trousers represent a significant advancement in female-specific workwear, engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern trade environments. Utilising Titanmill Plus Stretch fabric, these trousers are designed to accommodate the dynamic movements required throughout a busy shift without sacrificing structural integrity. By combining a contemporary fit with functional design elements, they offer a professional appearance while providing the technical performance necessary for high-intensity tasks.
Key Features
- Two-way stretch fabric: This high-performing material allows for an exceptional range of motion, ensuring that your clothing never restricts your movement while reaching or bending.
- Oxford fabric reinforcement: Strategically placed at key abrasion points, this robust reinforcement extends the garment's lifespan by protecting areas most prone to wear and tear.
- Triple-stitched seams: Reinforced stitching throughout the garment ensures maximum durability, preventing seam failure under physical stress.
- Top-loading kneepad pockets: These pockets allow for easy insertion of kneepads, providing essential joint protection for those working frequently at ground level.
- Multi-way thigh pocket: Provides secure and accessible storage for essential items such as smartphones, keys, and tools, keeping your equipment close at hand.
- Crotch gusset: An integrated gusset reduces stress on the fabric and seams, improving comfort and preventing the common issue of splitting during movement.
Design & Performance
Constructed from a technical blend of polyester, cotton, and elastane, the Titanmill Plus Stretch fabric provides a medium-weight feel that is both breathable and resilient. The addition of elastane provides just enough flexibility to move with the body, while the polyester and cotton mix ensures the trousers remain comfortable during long periods of wear. For added protection in harsh conditions, the 600D Oxford fabric is PU coated, offering superb abrasion resistance and a water-repellent finish that helps keep the garment clean and professional.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
These trousers are perfectly suited for both print and embroidery, allowing you to align your team's appearance with your brand identity. Embroidery is the preferred choice for a superior, professional finish on company logos or staff names, offering long-lasting durability that withstands industrial laundering. For larger, more distinctive branding on the legs or pockets, our high-quality printing techniques provide sharp, vibrant results. All customisation is managed by our expert in-house team at our Telford facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality control.
Use Cases
These trousers are an excellent choice for women working in construction, logistics, maintenance, and engineering. Their durable yet flexible nature makes them equally suitable for site inspections and manual labour, providing a versatile solution for professionals who require their clothing to perform as hard as they do.

Practical Advice
To ensure the best fit, we recommend consulting our size guide as the stretch fabric provides a closer, more tailored silhouette than traditional work trousers. These trousers pair effectively with our moisture-wicking base layers or a professional polo shirt for a complete, functional uniform.
Caring for your product
Proper maintenance is essential to ensure these trousers retain their technical properties and professional appearance over time. We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 60°C. Washing at this temperature ensures thorough cleaning and helps to remove ingrained dirt without compromising the elasticity of the stretch fabric.
It is important to avoid the use of bleach, as harsh chemicals will degrade the fibres and can cause significant damage to any custom embroidery or print designs. When drying, use a low tumble dry setting or, preferably, drip line dry. Drip drying helps to maintain the garment's shape and reduces the need for heavy ironing.
If ironing is required, use a maximum soleplate temperature of 150°C. Excessive heat can damage the synthetic components of the fabric. Finally, do not dry clean these trousers, as the solvents used in the process can strip the protective PU coating from the reinforced panels.
