Caring for your product
To ensure this sweatshirt continues to provide maximum protection and remains visible on-site, it is important to follow the correct care procedures. We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a normal process. Exceeding this temperature can damage the technical fibres and reduce the garment's lifespan.
Do not use bleach under any circumstances. Bleaching agents will strip the high-visibility pigments from the fabric and can severely compromise the flame-resistant properties of the modacrylic fibres, putting the wearer at risk.
This item must not be tumble dried; instead, it should be line dried. The high heat and mechanical action of a tumble dryer can cause shrinkage and may degrade the anti-static carbon fibres. If ironing is necessary, use a maximum soleplate temperature of 110°C and avoid using steam, as excessive heat can negatively impact the synthetic components of the material.
Do not dry clean this garment, as the chemical solvents used in the process can leave residues that interfere with the flame-resistant performance. Following these instructions will ensure your equipment remains fit for purpose for as long as possible.
