Product Overview
The PW3 Hi-Vis Women's Stretch Trouser is a technically advanced garment designed specifically for female professionals who require both maximum visibility and unhindered movement. Engineered with a contemporary fit, these trousers solve the common issue of restrictive workwear by utilising high-performance stretch fabrics. These are not merely standard trousers with added tape; they are a well-engineered solution for demanding site environments where safety and comfort are non-negotiable.
Key Features
- 4-Way Stretch Fabric: The Titanmill Pro Stretch material provides exceptional flexibility, ensuring the garment moves with the wearer rather than resisting against them during physical tasks.
- HiVisTex Pro Segmented Tape: This innovative reflective tape is segmented to allow for greater garment stretch and breathability, ensuring you remain visible without compromising on comfort.
- Reinforced Knee Panels: The inclusion of Titanmill Plus Ripstop at the knees provides essential durability in high-wear areas, extending the lifespan of the garment.
- Multi-Pocket Storage: Features including a diagonal zip pocket ensure secure storage for essential tools and personal items while remaining easily accessible.
- Adjustable Comfort: A partially elasticated waistband provides a secure and comfortable fit, accommodating movement throughout the working day.
Design & Performance
The performance of these trousers is rooted in the strategic use of Titanmill fabrics. The primary shell is composed of 94% Polyester and 6% Elastane, creating a substantial yet flexible base. For areas prone to higher levels of abrasion, such as the seat and knees, a secondary Ripstop fabric (90% Polyester, 10% Elastane) is utilised. This combination ensures that the trousers remain lightweight enough for all-day wear while being rugged enough to withstand the rigours of a construction site or warehouse.
The contrast seat panel and black accents are not merely aesthetic choices; they are designed to mask dirt and grime in high-contact areas, maintaining a more professional appearance for longer between washes.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
To ensure your team presents a cohesive and professional image, these trousers are suitable for both print and embroidery customisation. Embroidery is highly recommended for company logos or staff names, typically positioned on the thigh or rear pocket area, providing a durable and high-quality finish that withstands regular laundering.
For larger, high-impact branding, our printing services offer a sharp and vibrant alternative. All customisation is managed by our expert in-house team in Telford, who have been perfecting workwear branding since 1976. We ensure that any branding applied maintains the technical integrity and safety compliance of the garment.
Use Cases
These trousers are ideal for professionals working in sectors such as civil engineering, logistics, and site management. Their EN ISO 20471 Class 1 certification makes them suitable for environments where visibility is a safety requirement, while the feminine fit and stretch properties make them a preferred choice for active roles requiring frequent bending, climbing, or kneeling.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, consider that the partially elasticated waistband offers some flexibility in fit, which is particularly useful when layering over base layers during colder months. The 4-way stretch fabric also means that you may find these trousers more accommodating than traditional, non-stretch work trousers, allowing for a more tailored look without sacrificing mobility.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility performance and structural integrity of the stretch fabrics, specific care must be taken. We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the elastane fibres and degrade the adhesive used for the segmented reflective tape.
Do not use bleach under any circumstances, as this will compromise the fluorescent orange pigment and reduce the safety effectiveness of the garment. Line drying is strongly advised; tumble drying should be avoided as the high heat can cause the technical fabrics to shrink or lose their elasticity.
The garment should not be ironed or dry cleaned, as these processes can melt the synthetic fibres and the reflective elements. Please be aware that this garment is certified for a maximum of 25 washes, after which the reflective properties may no longer meet the required safety standards.
