Product Overview
The Kariban SP105 Multi-pocket trousers are engineered for the professional who requires both resilience and extensive storage capacity. Crafted from a substantial heavyweight cotton canvas, these trousers offer a distinct, intentionally aged finish that ensures no two pairs are identical. This manufacturing process creates unique colour variations, providing a characterful yet professional appearance that stands out in a busy work environment.
Key Features
- Heavyweight canvas construction provides exceptional resistance to wear and tear in demanding manual environments.
- An eight-pocket configuration, including two bellows pockets and two zipped piped pockets, allows for the secure and organised storage of essential tools and personal items.
- Tear-release flap fastenings on the bellows and rear patch pockets ensure contents remain secure while allowing for efficient access throughout the day.
- A traditional zip fly with a button fastening provides a reliable and familiar fit for daily wear.
- Ethically manufactured with both SEDEX and WRAP certifications, ensuring your workwear meets global standards for social responsibility.
Design & Performance
The foundation of these trousers is a 100% cotton enzyme-washed fabric. This specific treatment softens the feel of the heavy canvas without compromising its structural integrity. The result is a garment that feels substantial and protective but avoids the excessive stiffness often associated with heavy-duty workwear.
The performance is further enhanced by the reinforced nature of the canvas. Designed to withstand the rigours of the modern workplace, the fabric is breathable yet tough, offering a comfortable internal climate for the wearer while maintaining a formidable exterior barrier against the elements and workplace abrasion.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
The heavy canvas of the Kariban SP105 serves as an excellent substrate for both print and embroidery. Given the substantial nature of the fabric, embroidery is particularly effective; it allows for high-density stitching of company logos or individual names without the risk of the fabric puckering. This provides a formal, high-end finish that withstands repeated laundering.
For those requiring larger, bold graphics or specific colour matching, our specialist printing techniques are equally suitable. Our in-house team in Telford, drawing on nearly half a century of expertise since 1976, ensures that every customisation is applied with precision, maintaining the professional standard your business demands.
Use Cases
These trousers are ideally suited for maintenance workers, technicians, and tradespeople who need to carry multiple tools on their person. The unique, aged appearance also makes them a popular choice for creative professionals or client-facing roles where a more contemporary, less industrial workwear look is desired without sacrificing durability.

Practical Advice
The heavyweight canvas does not offer the same degree of stretch as synthetic blends, so we recommend consulting our size guide carefully to ensure a comfortable fit around the waist. If your role involves significant crouching or climbing, you may find that the natural cotton fabric provides a better fit after the first few wears as it breaks in to your movements.
Caring for your product
To preserve the unique enzyme-washed finish and the integrity of your custom branding, we recommend a domestic wash at 30°C. Higher temperatures may cause the natural cotton fibres to shrink or the unique colour variations to fade prematurely.
Avoid the use of bleach, as this will destroy the intentionally aged aesthetic and weaken the canvas material. Similarly, these trousers should not be tumble dried; the intense heat can distort the fabric and may damage any printed or embroidered elements. Air drying is the preferred method to maintain the garment's shape and longevity.
Should ironing be required, use a medium heat setting. Avoid ironing directly over any printed designs to prevent the transfer or melting of the print material. Finally, do not dry clean this garment, as the chemicals involved can interfere with the specialized fabric finish.
