Product Overview
The PW3 Hi-Vis Stretch Holster Pocket Trousers represent a significant advancement in high-visibility workwear. Designed for those who require both maximum mobility and high-capacity storage, these trousers are constructed from Titanmill Plus Stretch fabric. This innovative material uses a two-way stretch mechanism to ensure the wearer retains a full range of movement, even when performing tasks in restricted spaces. The striking Orange and Black colourway ensures you remain conspicuous in hazardous environments while the technical design addresses the practical needs of the modern tradesperson.
Key Features
- Multi-functional Holster Pockets: These versatile pockets provide easy access to tools and fixings, effectively acting as an integrated tool belt to improve on-site efficiency.
- Top-Loading Kneepad Pockets: Designed for convenience and safety, the top-loading system allows for the easy insertion of protective pads, shielding your joints during prolonged floor work.
- Multi-Way Thigh Pocket: Offers secure and organised storage for essential items such as mobile phones, keys, and precision tools, keeping them within reach at all times.
- Triple-Stitched Seams: By reinforcing all major stress points with three rows of stitching, we ensure the garment can withstand the rigours of heavy-duty daily use without failing.
- Reinforced Oxford Fabric: Strategic placement of 600D Oxford fabric at key abrasion points prevents premature wear and tear in the areas most prone to friction.
Design & Performance
The performance of these trousers is rooted in the blend of 65% Polyester, 33% Cotton, and 2% Elastane. This composition provides a medium-weight feel that is both breathable and resilient. The addition of Elastane provides the necessary flex for active work, while the Polyester/Cotton blend ensures the garment maintains its structure after repeated wear. For added protection, the contrast sections utilize a 600D Oxford fabric with a PU coating. This provides an exceptionally tough surface with superb tear resistance and a water-repellent finish that helps keep the trousers clean and professional in appearance throughout the working day.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
These trousers are well-suited for both print and embroidery, allowing you to align your team's appearance with your corporate identity. Embroidery is an excellent choice for company logos on the thigh or pocket flaps, providing a sophisticated and permanent branding solution that withstands industrial laundering. For larger, high-impact graphics or safety lettering, our precision printing techniques offer a bold finish. All customisation is managed in-house at our Telford facility by a team that has been perfecting the craft since 1976, ensuring your branding is applied with technical expertise.
Use Cases
The high-visibility orange and black design makes these trousers ideal for railway workers, construction professionals, and roadside recovery teams. They are particularly beneficial for tradespeople such as carpenters and electricians who require the storage capacity of holster pockets and the ergonomic benefits of stretch fabric while working in high-traffic or low-light environments.

Practical Advice
To maximise the benefits of the stretch fabric, ensure you select a size that allows for a comfortable range of motion. These trousers are designed for a regular fit, but the integrated stretch allows for layering over thermal base layers in colder conditions without restricting movement. When using kneepads, ensure they are correctly seated in the top-loading pockets before commencing work to ensure optimal protection.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and safety standards of this high-visibility garment, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Regular washing at this temperature ensures the orange pigment remains vibrant and the reflective tapes stay free of debris, which is essential for maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Please note that these trousers should not be washed more than 25 times to guarantee the reflective properties remain effective.
Do not use bleach when cleaning this garment. Bleaching agents will compromise the integrity of the high-visibility dye and weaken the synthetic fibres, leading to a loss of both safety performance and durability. If tumble drying, use a normal cycle; however, for the best results and to maintain the elasticity of the two-way stretch fabric, we suggest you drip dry the trousers flat.
If ironing is required, use a maximum soleplate temperature of 150°C. Excessive heat can damage the PU coating on the reinforced sections and the elastane fibres within the main fabric. This garment is not suitable for dry cleaning, as the chemicals used in the process can degrade the specialized fabric finishes and reflective elements.
