Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility properties and the structural integrity of the stretch fabric, proper maintenance is essential. We recommend a mild wash with a low spin cycle. High spin speeds can cause unnecessary mechanical stress on the heat-applied reflective tape, potentially shortening its lifespan.
It is crucial that you do not bleach, tumble-dry, or iron these trousers. Exposure to high heat from an iron or dryer can melt the reflective elements and damage the polyester fibres, leading to a loss of both safety certification and fit. Always wash the garment inside out and keep dark colours separate to prevent dye transfer onto the hi-vis sections.
Finally, store your trousers away from direct sunlight when not in use. Prolonged UV exposure can cause the high-visibility pigments to fade, which may result in the garment no longer meeting the required safety standards.
