Product Overview
The Professional Winter Jacket is engineered for those who require dependable protection against the British elements without compromising on mobility. This medium-weight jacket combines a robust waterproof exterior with substantial insulation, ensuring you remain both dry and warm throughout the working day. Specifically designed with a focus on corporate identity, it provides a clean, professional canvas for your company's branding while offering the technical performance needed for demanding outdoor environments.
Key Features
- Waterproof TPU Membrane: The 100% Polyester Pongee shell is integrated with a TPU membrane, providing a reliable barrier against heavy rain while remaining breathable.
- Thermal Insulation: A generous polyester wadding filling provides excellent heat retention, making it an essential piece of equipment for winter site work.
- Articulated Sleeves: These are specifically engineered to follow the natural curve of the arm, allowing for a superior range of motion and reducing garment lift when reaching overhead.
- Adjustable Technical Hood: Offers customisable protection against wind and rain, ensuring visibility is maintained even in poor weather conditions.
- Anti-Static Lining: The Titanmill Ultra nylon lining features an anti-static finish, improving comfort and reducing cling when layered over other workwear.
Design & Performance
The construction of this jacket focuses on long-term durability. The shell fabric is a high-performance polyester pongee, chosen for its strength and resistance to tearing. By incorporating a TPU membrane, the garment manages moisture effectively, keeping external water out while allowing internal vapour to escape. Inside, the Titanmill Ultra nylon lining provides a smooth, premium feel against the skin or base layers.
Performance is further enhanced by the articulated sleeve design. In many standard jackets, lifting your arms causes the entire garment to ride up; here, the tailored seams ensure the jacket stays in place, maintaining your thermal seal. The medium-weight wadding is distributed evenly to prevent cold spots, ensuring consistent warmth across the torso and arms.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This jacket has been designed with customisation in mind. At MyWorkwear, we have been perfecting the art of garment decoration since 1976 from our facility in Telford. Our expert in-house team handles every stage of the process to ensure your branding meets our rigorous standards.
For a traditional, high-end professional appearance, we recommend embroidery. It is particularly suited for company logos and individual staff names, providing a durable finish that withstands regular laundering. If you require large, high-impact designs across the back of the jacket, our technical printing processes provide a crisp, vibrant alternative that integrates seamlessly with the polyester shell.
Use Cases
The Professional Winter Jacket is an ideal choice for site managers, surveyors, and logistics personnel who transition between vehicles and exposed outdoor environments. Its professional aesthetic and black colourway also make it suitable for security staff and corporate event teams who need to remain warm and presentable during winter months.

Practical Advice
This jacket features a regular fit, designed to be worn over standard work shirts or medium-weight sweatshirts. If you intend to wear heavy fleeces or multiple bulky layers underneath, you may wish to consider the next size up to ensure maximum comfort and range of movement.
Caring for your product
To maintain the technical performance and waterproof integrity of this jacket, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the TPU membrane and cause the synthetic wadding to lose its loft.
You must not use bleach on this garment, as harsh chemicals will degrade the polyester fibres and cause the black colour to fade prematurely. The jacket should be line dried only; using a tumble dryer introduces excessive heat that can melt the membrane and cause the shell to wrinkle or shrink.
Do not iron this jacket. The high heat of an iron will cause immediate damage to the synthetic shell and lining. Similarly, avoid dry cleaning, as the solvents used in the process can strip away the waterproof treatments, rendering the jacket ineffective in the rain.
