Practical Advice
When selecting your size, particularly the 4XL, we recommend considering your layering requirements. If you intend to wear thermal leggings underneath during the winter months, ensure you allow for the extra volume to maintain full mobility. Correct sizing is also vital to ensure the kneepad pockets sit at the correct height for your joints.
Caring for your product
To preserve the life of the garment and its safety certifications, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the fabric fibres and diminish the fluorescent properties of the yellow dye over time.
Bleaching agents must be strictly avoided. These chemicals are too harsh for high-visibility fabrics and will strip the colour and reflective performance, rendering the trousers non-compliant with safety standards.
These trousers should not be tumble dried, as the heat can cause shrinkage and damage the integrity of the reflective tape. Instead, they should be drip-dried on a line. Furthermore, do not iron this garment; the synthetic polyester content and reflective elements are heat-sensitive and could melt under direct contact.
Please be aware that these trousers are certified for a maximum of 50 washes. After this point, the high-visibility performance may no longer meet the required safety standards, and the garment should be replaced to ensure your continued protection on site.
