Practical Advice
When selecting a size, consider the clothing that will be worn underneath. For winter use, we recommend choosing a size that allows for a coat or thick jumper, as the vest is designed to be the outermost layer. The lightweight fabric ensures that it can be easily folded and stored in a backpack when not in use.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility performance and ensure the longevity of any custom branding, it is important to follow the recommended care protocols. We advise a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the reflective properties of the tape and compromise the adhesive used in printed designs.
Do not use bleach on this garment, as it will cause the orange pigment to fade and diminish the reflective material's effectiveness. The vest should not be tumble dried; instead, it should be line dried naturally to prevent heat damage to the polyester fibres.
Avoid ironing the vest, as the direct heat from an iron can melt the synthetic fabric and destroy the reflective strips. Finally, please note that this garment has a maximum limit of 50 washes; exceeding this may result in the reflective material falling below the required safety standards.
