This navy coverall prioritises utility without compromising on comfort, making it a staple for those who require full-body protection while maintaining freedom of movement. Its design focuses on practicality, ensuring that the wearer remains focused on the task at hand rather than their attire. As a well-engineered garment, it provides a reliable barrier against the general dust and debris found in industrial environments.
Key Features
- Concealed Stud Front: The hidden stud fastening provides a clean finish and prevents the garment from snagging on machinery or scratching sensitive surfaces during manual tasks.
- Chest Pocket: A conveniently placed chest pocket offers secure storage for essential small items or documents, keeping them within easy reach throughout the working day.
- Dedicated Rule Pocket: The integrated rule pocket is specifically designed for trade professionals, ensuring measuring tools are always accessible when needed.
- Scratch-Resistant Construction: Engineered to withstand abrasive environments, the fabric resists surface damage, extending the lifespan of the garment in tough conditions.
Design & Performance
This coverall is crafted from Kingsmill Polycotton, a sophisticated blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. This fabric selection ensures a lightweight feel that does not sacrifice high-performance durability. The material is fully pre-shrunk, meaning the fit remains consistent even after multiple laundry cycles, while its superior dye retention ensures the professional navy colour does not fade prematurely.
The balance of polyester and cotton provides the breathability needed for long shifts, combined with the strength required for active trades. It is a professional piece of equipment that balances a lightweight profile with the resilience expected of modern workwear.

Practical Advice
This particular item is a 4XL size with a regular fit. When choosing coveralls, we recommend considering the clothing you intend to wear underneath; if you plan on layering over thick jumpers or sweatshirts, ensuring a generous fit like this 4XL will maintain comfort and range of motion throughout the day.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and longevity of your Kingsmill fabric, it is essential to follow the specific care instructions provided. Proper maintenance ensures the fabric's integrity and keeps your custom branding looking its best.
We recommend a maximum wash temperature of 60°C using a normal process. Washing at this temperature effectively removes work-related grime while protecting the structural fibres of the polycotton blend. Avoid using bleach, as harsh chemicals will break down the fabric's strength and cause significant discolouration to the navy finish.
For drying, you may use a tumble dryer on a low setting. However, for the best results and to minimise creases, drip line drying is recommended. If the garment requires pressing, use an iron at a maximum temperature of 150°C to ensure it remains presentable without damaging the polyester content. If professional cleaning is required, this garment is compatible with dry cleaning using Tetrachloroethene under a normal process.
