Product Overview
The Hi-Vis 3-in-1 Bomber Jacket is a sophisticated solution for professionals who require high visibility combined with the flexibility to adapt to changing environments. This garment is engineered for those who work outdoors and need protection from both foul weather and low-light hazards. Its primary strength lies in its modular design, allowing the wearer to transition between three unique combinations to suit the temperature and task at hand.
Key Features
- 3-in-1 Adaptability: The modular construction allows for three different ways to wear the garment, ensuring you are prepared for shifting weather conditions throughout the working day.
- Comprehensive Storage: Multiple pockets are strategically placed to provide ample room for tools, mobile devices, and essential paperwork without hindering movement.
- Weather Protection: Featuring a detachable hood and a removable fur collar, this jacket can be stripped down or layered up depending on wind and rain exposure.
- Secure Fit: The ribbed cuffs and hem are designed to provide a snug fit, preventing cold draughts from entering and ensuring the jacket stays in place during physical activity.
Design & Performance
Constructed from a robust 300D Oxford weave polyester, this jacket is designed to withstand the rigours of a demanding workplace. The fabric is treated with a stain-resistant finish, helping to maintain its vibrant orange colour and professional appearance even when working in messy environments. A double PU coating provides a reliable barrier against water ingress, making it an essential piece of equipment for wet weather.
Inside, the jacket offers significant thermal performance. The removable fur lining is substantial and soft, providing exceptional warmth during the winter months. When the lining is removed, the jacket becomes a lighter-weight shell suitable for milder conditions. The sleeves feature a dedicated polyester filling to ensure consistent insulation across the entire upper body.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This bomber jacket is an excellent canvas for corporate branding. For a more formal and permanent finish, we recommend embroidery. This is particularly suited to company logos and staff names on the chest area, providing a textured, professional appearance that stands up well to repeated laundering.
For larger, high-impact designs on the back of the jacket, heat-applied print is an ideal choice. Our in-house customisation team in Telford, with expertise dating back to 1976, ensures that every application is handled with precision. Whether you choose print or embroidery, we ensure your branding is as durable as the garment itself.
Use Cases
This jacket is specifically designed for professionals in industries such as construction, rail, logistics, and roadside recovery. Its high-visibility orange colour makes it suitable for environments where safety standards are stringent. It is equally at home on a high-pressure building site as it is for a warehouse manager frequently moving between cold storage and office environments.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, consider the layers you intend to wear underneath. If you plan to keep the fur lining installed and wear a thick sweatshirt, you may find a slightly more generous fit beneficial. If you primarily use it as a shell, your standard size should provide a secure and comfortable fit.
Caring for your product
To ensure the longevity of your jacket and its safety features, it is important to follow the specified care instructions. Maintaining the integrity of the high-visibility fabric and the reflective tape is essential for your safety on site.
We recommend a mild process wash at a maximum of 40°C. Using higher temperatures or harsh chemicals can degrade the PU coating and reduce the effectiveness of the fluorescent dyes. You must not use bleach, as this will permanently damage the orange pigment and the reflective properties of the garment.
The jacket should be drip line dried only. Do not tumble dry or iron the garment; high heat from these sources can melt the synthetic fibres and the waterproof coating, rendering the jacket ineffective against rain. Furthermore, this jacket should not be dry cleaned, as the solvents used can strip away the stain-resistant finish. Please note that the garment is rated for a maximum of 50 washes to ensure it continues to meet safety standards.
