Product Overview
The EV4 Stretch Detachable Holster Trousers represent a significant advancement in workwear engineering, prioritising both movement and durability. Designed with an enhanced ergonomic profile, these trousers are built for those who require maximum flexibility without sacrificing the storage and protection of traditional trade trousers. The inclusion of laser-cut ventilation ensures that airflow is managed effectively during physically demanding tasks, while the high-rise back waistband provides consistent coverage when bending or reaching.
Key Features
- Titanmill Ultra Stretch Fabric: The primary fabric allows for multi-directional movement, ensuring the garment moves with you rather than resisting your actions.
- Detachable Holster Pockets: Offers the versatility to remove excess bulk when tools are not required, or to switch between different tool sets easily.
- Laser-Cut Ventilation: Specifically positioned to promote airflow, these vents help regulate body temperature in high-activity environments.
- Adjustable Knee Pad Pockets: Pre-bent and side-entry, these pockets allow for precise positioning of protection, reducing strain on the joints during floor work.
- Triple Stitched Seams: Reinforced stitching throughout the garment significantly reduces the risk of seam failure in high-stress areas.
- Secure Storage: Includes dedicated zip thigh pockets for secure housing of mobile phones and essential tools.
Design & Performance
Constructed primarily from Titanmill Ultra Stretch—a blend of 92% Nylon and 8% Elastane—these trousers provide a substantial feel while remaining remarkably flexible. The medium-weight fabric is balanced by the addition of CorePro Armour in high-wear areas. This contrast fabric, composed of Nylon, Polyester, and PU, provides an extra layer of abrasion resistance where it is needed most.
Performance is further enhanced by the side elastication in the waistband, which compensates for natural body movement throughout the day. The ergonomic pre-bent design of the legs ensures that there is no excess fabric bunching behind the knees, providing a sleek, professional silhouette that does not compromise on utility.
Why No Customisation?
We provide these trousers as-is to preserve the technical integrity of the garment. The EV440 utilises high-performance stretch fabrics and precision laser-cut ventilation zones. Introducing embroidery or heat-applied transfers could potentially compromise the elastane fibres, restrict the fabric's natural stretch, or inadvertently block the ventilation channels. By offering these without customisation, we ensure you receive the full performance benefits intended by the design.
Use Cases
These trousers are ideal for professionals in the construction, engineering, and maintenance sectors who find themselves working in varied positions. Whether you are climbing ladders, kneeling on site, or moving between the workshop and the office, the EV440 provides the professional appearance and technical capability required for high-intensity work.

We select products like the EV4 series because they meet our high standards for durability and innovation.
Practical Advice
Given the high-stretch nature of the Titanmill fabric and the ergonomic fit, these trousers tend to fit true to size. If you are between sizes, the side elastication offers some leeway. We recommend pairing these with high-quality knee pads to take full advantage of the adjustable pocket system.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-performance stretch and technical features of these trousers, proper care is essential. Regular maintenance ensures the nylon fibres remain strong and the elastane retains its shape.
We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a normal process. Higher temperatures can degrade the elastane, leading to a loss of elasticity and fit over time. Do not use bleach, as harsh chemicals will damage the synthetic fibres and cause premature wear.
The trousers should be line dried only. You must avoid tumble drying, as the intense heat can melt the delicate nylon and PU components. Similarly, do not iron the garment; the synthetic composition of the Titanmill and CorePro fabrics does not require pressing and can be damaged by direct heat. Finally, do not dry clean, as the solvents used can strip the fabric of its performance properties.
