Product Overview

The Euro Work Coverall is a resilient and functional garment designed to withstand the daily rigours of industrial environments. Built from high-performance Kingsmill Polycotton, this coverall is an essential choice for those requiring a dependable protective layer that remains comfortable during long shifts. The design focuses on practicality, featuring a streamlined profile that ensures a professional appearance while providing the utility needed for demanding manual work.

Key Features

  • Two chest pockets offer secure and easily accessible storage for essential handheld tools or personal items.
  • An integrated rule pocket provides a dedicated space for measuring equipment, keeping it handy without interfering with your movement.
  • The concealed stud front creates a clean finish and significantly reduces the risk of the garment catching on machinery or scratching sensitive surfaces.

Design & Performance

This coverall is constructed from a lightweight Kingsmill Polycotton fabric, a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton. This specific composition combines the breathable comfort of cotton with the hard-wearing durability of polyester, making it a well-engineered garment for modern trade professionals. The material is fully pre-shrunk, meaning it will maintain its intended fit and dimensions even after repeated industrial laundering.

Furthermore, the fabric is designed with superior dye retention. This ensures that the Bottle Green colour stays vibrant and professional over time, resisting the fading often associated with heavy-duty workwear. The result is a garment that performs as well as it looks, shift after shift.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

The Euro Work Coverall is a versatile canvas for your company branding. For a sophisticated and enduring finish, embroidery is highly recommended. It is the ideal method for applying detailed corporate logos or staff names, providing a durable and executive look that withstands the industrial wash process. Alternatively, for large-scale branding or high-visibility messaging, our precision printing service offers a bold and clear finish.

At MyWorkwear, we have been experts in garment customisation since 1976. Based in Telford, our in-house team uses their decades of experience to ensure every logo is reproduced with absolute precision, helping your team look unified and professional.

Use Cases

Given its durable construction and practical pocket layout, this coverall is perfectly suited for a wide range of trades. It is an ideal choice for mechanics, plumbers, and electricians who require protection against grease and dust. Additionally, its lightweight properties make it suitable for construction workers and tree surgeons who need a protective outer layer that does not restrict their range of motion.

Practical Advice

When selecting your size, please account for the clothing you intend to wear underneath. As these coveralls are designed to be worn over standard work attire, selecting a size that provides a little extra room will ensure maximum mobility and comfort. The lightweight fabric is excellent for layering, allowing you to wear it over thermal base layers in winter or light t-shirts during the summer months.

Caring for your product

To maintain the performance and longevity of your coverall, it is essential to follow the correct laundering procedures. We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 60°C. This ensures that industrial dirt and grime are effectively removed without compromising the integrity of the polycotton fibres.

Under no circumstances should bleach be used on this garment, as it will weaken the fabric structure and cause significant colour loss. When drying, a low-temperature tumble dry is advised to prevent heat stress, though drip line drying is the preferred method to maintain the garment's pre-shrunk shape and overall appearance.

Should you need to iron the coverall, ensure the heat setting does not exceed 150°C to avoid damaging the polyester content. For more intensive cleaning, the garment is suitable for professional dry cleaning using Tetrachloroethene.
