The Euro Cotton Work Coverall is a foundational piece of trade equipment designed for professionals who require the natural breathability and resilience of pure cotton. Engineered with a focus on utility and comfort, this coverall provides a comprehensive protective layer for a variety of demanding manual roles. By utilizing high-quality Kingsmill Cotton, it offers a reliable barrier against dirt and debris while maintaining the wearer's comfort throughout a long shift. Its straightforward design is balanced with practical features that address the daily needs of the modern tradesperson.
Key Features
- 100% Kingsmill Cotton Fabric: This premium natural material is fully pre-shrunk, ensuring that the garment maintains its shape and fit after repeated laundering, which is essential for professional consistency.
- Integrated Rule Pocket: Provides a dedicated, secure space for measuring tools, ensuring they are always within reach and preventing them from obstructing your movement.
- Side Elastication: This feature allows the garment to flex with the body, providing extra comfort and ease of movement when reaching, bending, or working in confined spaces.
- Ample Pocket Storage: Multiple pockets throughout the design allow for the convenient storage of personal items and small tools, reducing the need for additional tool belts in lighter tasks.
- Superior Dye Retention: The fabric is treated to hold its colour, ensuring your team looks professional even after months of hard use and frequent washing.
Design & Performance
The performance of the Euro Cotton Work Coverall is rooted in the quality of its construction. The Kingsmill Cotton utilizes long-staple fibres, which are known for their inherent strength and resistance to pilling. This means the surface of the coverall remains smooth and professional-looking for longer, rather than becoming fuzzy or worn in high-friction areas. As a medium-weight garment, it provides a substantial feel that suggests durability without the stiffness often found in heavier synthetic blends.
The 100% cotton composition is particularly beneficial for those working in environments where temperature regulation is key. Unlike synthetic fabrics, cotton allows the skin to breathe, helping to manage moisture and keep the wearer cool during physically intense activities. The pre-shrunk nature of the material is a critical design choice, offering peace of mind that the fit you choose today will be the same fit you have next year.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This coverall serves as an excellent canvas for company branding. For a truly professional and long-lasting finish, we recommend embroidery for chest logos or staff names. This technique provides a three-dimensional, high-quality appearance that withstands the rigours of industrial work. If you require large-scale branding on the back for maximum visibility, our high-quality print options are well-suited to the smooth surface of the Kingsmill Cotton.
Since 1976, MyWorkwear has been perfecting the art of garment customisation. Our expert team based in Telford manages the entire process in-house, ensuring that your branding is applied with precision and care to maintain the integrity of the garment.
Use Cases
Given its robust cotton construction, this coverall is a staple for mechanics, plumbers, and electricians who need reliable protection that won't restrict their range of motion. It is equally at home on construction sites or for tree surgeons who require a breathable yet sturdy outer layer. The black colourway provides a sharp, uniform look that effectively hides the inevitable marks of a day's hard graft.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, consider the layers you intend to wear underneath. As a 100% cotton garment, it has less 'give' than elastane blends, though the side elastication does provide significant help with comfort. If you are frequently layering over heavy jumpers in winter, you may wish to consider one size larger to ensure full range of motion in the shoulders and torso.
Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and professional appearance of your coverall, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 60°C. This temperature is sufficient to remove most industrial grease and grime while protecting the cotton fibres from premature degradation.
Do not use bleach, as this will aggressively break down the cotton fibres and cause significant fading to the black dye and any custom branding. For drying, we advise line drying rather than tumble drying. Tumble drying can lead to excessive heat exposure which may cause the garment to shrink beyond its pre-shrunk limits and can damage printed logos.
When ironing, use a maximum temperature of 150°C. This will help maintain a crisp look without scorching the natural fibres. If professional cleaning is required, the garment is compatible with standard dry cleaning processes using Tetrachloroethene.
