Caring for your product
Maintaining the integrity of high-visibility garments is vital for continued safety. Proper care ensures that the MeshAir fabric and the reflective elements continue to meet safety standards throughout the life of the garment.
We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the polyester mesh and degrade the reflective tape, which would reduce your visibility on-site. Do not use bleach, as this will destroy the high-visibility orange pigment.
This garment should be line dried only. Do not tumble dry, as the heat can cause the mesh to shrink or lose its shape. Similarly, do not iron or dry clean the vest. Please be aware that this garment has a maximum service life of 25 washes; after this point, the reflective properties may no longer meet the EN ISO 20471 standard, and the vest should be replaced.
