Why No Customisation?
We do not offer customisation on this specific garment to ensure its safety certifications remain intact. As high-visibility PPE, these trousers are subject to strict standards regarding the surface area of fluorescent material and reflective tape. Adding embroidery or heat-applied transfers could potentially obscure these safety elements or damage the specialised stretch membranes, compromising the technical performance of the fabric.

Caring for your product
To maintain the performance and visibility of your DX4 trousers, it is essential to follow the care instructions precisely. Maintaining the integrity of the reflective tape and the fluorescent dye is vital for your safety on site.
We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a normal process. Exceeding this temperature can damage the elastane fibres, leading to a loss of the garment's stretch properties. It is also important to note that this garment has a maximum limit of 25 washes to ensure the high-visibility properties remain within certified safety limits.
Do not use bleach, as this will destroy the high-visibility pigments and weaken the fabric. The trousers should be drip line dried only; do not tumble dry, as the heat can cause the technical fabrics to shrink or warp. Ironing should be avoided entirely to prevent melting the synthetic fibres or damaging the reflective elements. Finally, do not dry clean, as the chemicals used in the process can strip the protective finishes from the fabric.
