Product Overview
The Bizflame Work FR Trousers (FR36) are engineered to provide a sophisticated balance of comfort and multi-hazard protection. Designed for professionals operating in environments where flame resistance is a prerequisite, these trousers combine a robust construction with functional details that simplify a demanding workday. Part of the Flame Resistant Multi-Norm range, they offer a reliable barrier against specific industrial risks without compromising on the wearer's mobility.
Key Features
- The integrated comfort waistband ensures a secure and adaptable fit, reducing fatigue during long shifts and allowing for greater ease of movement.
- A dedicated rule pocket provides a practical and accessible space for essential tools, keeping them within reach at all times.
- The inclusion of a handy patch pocket at the rear offers additional storage for personal items or smaller equipment, enhancing the garment's overall utility.
Design & Performance
Constructed from a substantial Bizflame Work fabric, these trousers are composed of 99% cotton and 1% carbon fibre. This specific blend ensures that the garment remains breathable and soft against the skin, while the carbon fibre provides permanent anti-static properties. The fabric is sturdy and high-performing, designed to withstand the rigours of industrial work while maintaining its protective integrity across various safety standards.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
At MyWorkwear, we understand that technical garments should also serve as a professional canvas for your brand identity. These trousers are suitable for both embroidery and print customisation. Embroidery is the preferred choice for a sophisticated, long-lasting finish for company logos or staff names, while print is exceptionally effective for larger, more visible branding. Our experienced in-house team in Telford, operating since 1976, ensures that every logo is applied with precision to maintain the professional appearance of your team.
Use Cases
These trousers are ideally suited for technicians, engineers, and industrial workers who require certified protection against flame and heat. They are a staple for those working in the energy, petrochemical, or manufacturing sectors where safety standards are non-negotiable and daily wear-and-tear is a constant factor.

Practical Advice
When selecting your size, consider the potential for layering underneath in colder conditions. As these trousers are designed with a comfort waistband, they generally fit true to size, but ensuring a proper fit is essential for maintaining the full range of movement required for technical tasks.
Caring for your product
To preserve the flame-resistant properties and structural integrity of the Bizflame fabric, it is essential to follow the specific care guidelines. Maintaining the garment correctly ensures it continues to provide the necessary protection and keeps your branding looking sharp.
We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures or using aggressive cycles can prematurely degrade the cotton fibres and potentially compromise the anti-static properties of the carbon thread.
Do not use bleach on this garment. Bleaching agents will damage the chemical treatment of the flame-resistant fabric, rendering the protective features ineffective and causing discoloration.
These trousers should not be tumble dried. Natural air drying is required to prevent excessive shrinkage and to ensure the longevity of the custom print or embroidery. High heat from a dryer can also damage the internal structure of the technical fabric.
When ironing, do not exceed a temperature of 150°C. This level of heat is sufficient to remove creases without scorching the cotton blend or affecting the print applications.
Finally, do not dry clean this product. The chemicals used in dry cleaning processes can interact negatively with the protective finishes of the Bizflame material.
