Product Overview

The Bizweld Work FR Coverall has earned its reputation as a leading choice within the welding industry, frequently cited as a preferred garment for professionals requiring reliable heat protection. Engineered to safeguard the wearer against radiant and convective heat, this coverall prioritises safety without compromising on practical functionality. The design incorporates a generous fit, ensuring that movement remains unhindered during intensive manual tasks, which is essential for maintaining precision and comfort throughout a demanding shift.

Key Features
  • Flame Resistant Protection: Crafted from specialised Bizweld cotton, this garment provides essential protection for those working in environments where heat and flame exposure are daily hazards.
  • Generous Fit Design: The spacious cut allows for a full range of motion, ensuring that the wearer can reach, bend, and move without the fabric pulling or restricting movement.
  • Ample Storage Solutions: Equipped with a dedicated rule pocket and a concealed mobile phone pocket, providing secure storage for essential tools and personal devices.
  • Concealed Stud Front: The fastening system is designed to be discreet and snag-free, reducing the risk of catching on machinery or equipment.

Design & Performance

Constructed from 100% Cotton Bizweld Work fabric, this coverall is a substantial, heavyweight garment designed to withstand the rigours of industrial welding environments. The natural properties of cotton provide breathability and comfort, while the specific treatment ensures it performs as a high-functioning piece of personal protective equipment. The durability of the fabric ensures it maintains its protective integrity over time, even with regular use in harsh conditions.

Customisation: Print & Embroidery

To enhance your professional brand, the Bizweld Work FR Coverall is suitable for both print and embroidery. For a formal and long-lasting appearance, we recommend embroidery for company logos and individual staff names. If your requirements involve larger, more striking graphics, our high-quality printing process is an excellent alternative. All customisation is managed by our expert in-house team in Telford, drawing on decades of experience since our founding in 1976 to ensure a superior finish that reflects the quality of your business.

Use Cases

This garment is specifically tailored for professionals in the welding and metal fabrication sectors. It is also highly suitable for industrial workers exposed to radiant heat or those working in environments where flame-resistant clothing is a mandatory safety requirement.

Practical Advice

Given the generous fit of this coverall, it is ideally suited for layering over standard work clothing. When selecting your size, consider the layers you typically wear underneath to ensure the most comfortable and functional fit for your daily tasks.

Caring for your product

To maintain the flame-resistant properties and extend the lifespan of your coverall, it is vital to follow the care instructions precisely. Maintaining the fabric's integrity ensures the garment continues to provide the necessary protection in hazardous environments.

A mild domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C is recommended. Exceeding this temperature can damage the specialised fibres and affect the garment's protective capabilities. You should avoid the use of bleach, as harsh chemicals will degrade the flame-resistant treatment and weaken the fabric structure.

The garment should be line dried only. Do not tumble dry, as the high heat and mechanical action of a dryer can cause excessive shrinkage and compromise the fit. If ironing is required, ensure the temperature does not exceed 150°C to avoid heat damage to the cotton. Finally, do not dry clean this garment, as the chemicals used in that process are not compatible with the flame-resistant finish.
