Practical Advice
The R508X is designed as an overtrouser, with a size range spanning from Small to 4XL. When selecting your size, we recommend choosing your standard trouser size, as the cut is generous enough to accommodate your primary work trousers underneath. For a complete weather-protective uniform, these trousers are designed to perfectly match the R507X safety jacket.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high-visibility performance and waterproof integrity of your trousers, we recommend a domestic machine wash at 30°C. Using higher temperatures can damage the polyurethane coating and degrade the adhesive used in the welded seams.
You must not use bleach when cleaning this garment. Bleaching agents will chemically attack the reflective printed bands and the recycled polyester backing, leading to a loss of safety compliance and fabric strength.
Do not iron these trousers. High heat from an iron will melt the polyurethane outer and permanently damage the waterproof barrier. Similarly, do not tumble dry or dry clean the garment; instead, allow it to drip dry naturally to preserve the suppleness of the fabric and the clarity of your custom branding.
