Practical Advice
As these are designed as over-trousers, we recommend ordering your usual size, as the generous cut already accounts for the bulk of your standard work trousers underneath. For the best weather protection, ensure the leg hem sits correctly over your footwear to prevent water ingress from below.
Caring for your product
To maintain the high performance of the waterproof coating and the integrity of your custom branding, proper care is essential. We recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the PU coating and lead to premature wear of the reflective tape.
Do not use bleach, as this will degrade the fabric strength and potentially discolour the navy finish. You should also avoid tumble drying; instead, use the drip line dry method. Heat from a tumble dryer can cause the waterproof seams to fail and may warp any printed logos.
Finally, these trousers should not be ironed or dry cleaned. Excessive heat or harsh chemical solvents will compromise the stain-resistant finish and the waterproof barrier, rendering the garment less effective in the rain.
