Caring for your product
To maintain the thermal performance and aesthetic of your jacket, we recommend a domestic wash at a maximum temperature of 30°C using a mild process. Washing at higher temperatures can damage the delicate nylon fibres and degrade the Insulatex insulation.
Do not use bleach when cleaning this garment. Bleaching agents will weaken the fabric structure and cause significant discolouration to the black finish and any custom branding.
The jacket should not be tumble dried. High heat from a dryer can melt or warp the synthetic shell and cause the internal filling to clump, which ruins the garment's insulation properties. Instead, allow it to air dry naturally.
Ironing is not permitted for this product. The heat from an iron will cause immediate damage to the nylon shell. Furthermore, dry cleaning should be avoided as the chemicals involved can strip the water-resistant and anti-static treatments from the fabric.
