Product Overview
The Falcon EarthPro® GRS Fleece represents a significant step forward in professional workwear, combining environmental responsibility with the high performance required for daily use. As part of the EarthPro® range, this garment is manufactured using Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified materials, ensuring that your team's uniform supports your company's sustainability goals without compromising on quality or comfort. This black, extra-small fleece is designed to provide a smart, uniform appearance while offering the practical warmth necessary for the UK climate.
Key Features
- Certified GRS materials provide a more sustainable choice for environmentally-conscious businesses, reducing the reliance on virgin plastics.
- The deep black colour ensures a smart, professional appearance that resists visible staining and maintains its depth over time.
- A full-length zip allows for easy temperature regulation throughout the working day, making it adaptable to changing environments.
- Secure pockets provide practical storage for essential tools or personal items, ensuring everything you need is close at hand.
Design & Performance
Constructed from a substantial fleece fabric, this garment offers excellent thermal insulation while remaining breathable enough for active work. The fabric is engineered to resist pilling, ensuring the fleece maintains its smooth texture and professional look even after repeated laundering and heavy use. The extra-small (XS) sizing provides a tailored fit for smaller frames, preventing excess material from interfering with manual tasks while still allowing enough room for a base layer or polo shirt.
Customisation: Print & Embroidery
This fleece is an ideal canvas for customisation, allowing you to project a unified brand image. For a truly professional and long-lasting finish, we recommend embroidery. Our in-house team in Telford uses high-tension machinery to ensure logos and names are rendered with precision, providing a 'proper' corporate look that stands the test of time. Alternatively, for large promotional designs or bold text across the back, our high-quality printing process ensures high visibility. Every customisation is handled by our experts, who have been perfecting their craft since 1976.
Use Cases
This fleece is versatile enough for a wide range of professional environments. It serves as an excellent outer layer for tradespeople during the spring and autumn or as a critical insulating mid-layer for warehouse staff and site workers during the winter months. Its smart appearance also makes it suitable for front-of-house staff or delivery drivers who need to remain warm while representing your business to the public.

Practical Advice
Given the insulating nature of the EarthPro® fleece, it works best as part of a layering system. For the most professional look, we recommend pairing it with a collared polo shirt. Ensure you check our size guide specifically for the Falcon range, as a correct fit is essential both for effective warmth retention and for ensuring that any custom embroidery remains correctly positioned on the chest.
Caring for your product
Maintaining the structural integrity of your Falcon EarthPro® fleece is essential for ensuring it continues to provide warmth and represent your brand effectively.
Adhering to the recommended washing temperature found on the care label is vital. Using water that is too hot can damage the recycled polyester fibres, leading to a loss of shape and potential shrinkage, which may distort any custom embroidery.
The use of bleach should be strictly avoided. Bleaching agents will strip the deep black colour from the fabric and weaken the stitching of your embroidered logo, leading to a prematurely aged appearance.
We advise against tumble drying on high heat settings. Excessive heat can cause the fleece to lose its soft texture and may damage the adhesive bond of any printed designs, causing them to crack or peel.
Ironing this garment is generally unnecessary and should be done with extreme caution. Direct heat can melt the synthetic fibres, leaving permanent marks on the fabric and destroying the professional finish of the garment.
